Everything was great! Comfortable and neat rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and enough to fill your tummy before a day of sightseeing. Excellent location in the middle of everything i Krakow. Nice hotel with all the important details like wifi, nice bath, nice beds, nice service, helpful staff, secure -however expensive- parking, coffee and the in the room. A balcony at every floor to have a smoke is a nice thing for us poor devils.

The hotel Alef was extremely clean and had charm and character, with great paintings and ornaments throughout.
I loved the power shower and had no complaints with the breakfast buffet~ simple but effective.
The hotel is in a perfect location for walking into Krakow centre.
The staff were nice and helpful and my group of friends and I would certainly stop again :)

This hotel is literally 20 feet from the Rynek Glowny in Old Town Krakow! It is super clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff is bilingual and very informed of what is available to do in the city and for day trips. The price was incredible considering the location.

Excellent hotel. 5/5. It is located just on the edge of the oldtown which is where you want to be. When you arrive at the airport get the train into Krakow (£2.50). Hotel Maltanski was a great discovery. It's extremely close to the center of Cracow, it's nice, cosy and calm. a wonderful place to stay, we arrived on a overnight train so turned up to the Hotel at 7.00am expecting to leave our bags there and check in later. The staff offered us breakfast and then said they would telephone us when our room was ready, they did about 2 hours later. Amazing...very clean, great breakfast selection. We had an amazing room. It was as if it might have been an artist's garret apartment. Lots of light, spacious. Small kitchen area. Staff warm and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the basement that has Michelin recognition with cost much less than it would at home. Location was also excellent.

Pokoje Goscinne Wislna is in a perfect location, literally metres from main square and with chemist, off licence, foreign exchange and other conveniences on the street. The best thing was that it was so close to the main square. Can't get any closer if you don't actually live on the square. I stayed at the top flat on the right - 4 up I think it was. My room was great. With a slanting roof, big beems and really well done up. Small kitchen area and bathroom. Being a female staying on my own it was actually very okay that I had to open 3 locks to get to my room. Makes you feel quite safe - not that I have heard that it would be a problem in Krakow.
