Great location, nice staff (hi Brian!), we can highly recommend this place!!

Everything was top notch - beautiful rooms, well equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms. Very quiet neighbourhood very close to the city center and the Wawel castle.

The room was a bit cold, but that's the only minor and not that important complaint.

Travellers Inn Hostel is perfectly placed only a short walk from Wawel Castle and Krakow main squre. The rooms are spacious and comfy. staff are welcoming,helpful and friendly Travellers inn has cool decor and a relaxed laid back feel. We would highly recommend to anyone staying in Krakow

The room was very clean as was the entire hostel. The staff was SUPER friendly and stayed late to check me in even though I got in at 10:30PM. Communicating with them was a breeze via SMS text or phone-calls.

I couldn't tell if I booked a smoking or a non-smoking room, but the room smelled a lot like smoke. I guess that's something I should get used to in European hostels. Also, having just one bathroom (one bathroom with a shower, and another shower only) was a problem in the morning.

The location of the place was spot on and the stuff always was willing to help, thanks you for your hospitality, definitly i will be coming back to your hostel.
