Beautiful room, well equipped with facilities. More importantly is the excellent service of the attentive staff who are prompt in meeting the needs of the guests and always surprising us with little gifts like chocolates throughout the stay. Highly recommended!!

Really nice, modern, clean and cosy apartment. Perfect location. For the contact we had with the staff (very limited) : excellent.

The points made earlier about some noise and no elevator is off course an issue, but not really a problem for us.

best apartment ever, spacious, nice beds, small kitchen with all you need. location is awesome. lots of nice restaurants around. staff is helpful, ready to help at any request. good transfer from/to airport. must be back again soon.

for light sleepers could be a juicy bass from night disco from 2 buildings apart. but only on friday night. but for really really light. if you tired about Krakow trip - you will not notice.

Top apartment (design and cleanliness), perfect location, helpful staff (taxi and print out of boarding card) => will definitely return should I be again in Krakau

Details: There were some construction works during the day and little noise from a club at the bottom of the building during the night, but this had no negative impact on my stay there.

The hotel is very modern and the rooms are up there with the best iv stayed in and I travel a lot. The location is perfect for the square. Great value, didn't use the resteraunt (not part of the hotel but located next to the entrance). Very clean very modern. Will definately use this place next time

Not too clearly marked from the road and recpetion is a little confusing as loated on the second floor. There is no lift in the building, not that this was a problem for me

Everything! The staff couldn't do more for you, the best customer service we've experienced. The apartment was beautifully stunning and location was perfect. The coffee machine, toiletries and snacks in the room were little touches which added to the luxury.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The staff were so friendly, kind , warm and inviting. Great area, beautiful building and spotless clean. All the staff were so polite and welcoming. I extended my stay online and was out for the day, Barbara left my re validated keycard with a nearby restaurant to collect upon my return so I could gain access after my return later in the evening. What fantastic considerate and forward thinking service. Wonderful!

What a find! We'd booked into a superior apartment and were upgraded to a deluxe which was so comfortable. These are stylish apartments and the staff are so friendly and attentive. I left my slippers behind and they returned them without a fuss, free of charge. This is one place I would like to return and I've already highly recommended it to our friends.

Wonderful and comfortable apartment. Location is fabulous, adjacent to the main square. Staff very friendly and helpful, arranged airport transfer and trip to Auschwitz.

We loved the location of the apartments which one minute from Krakow's main square. The accomodation was very modern, well designed with comfortable beds, excellent shower/toilet facilities and a well equipped kitchen area. Security in the building and within the apartments was also very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when organising trips. I would recommend Bracka 6 to other travellers without reservation.

We thought the floors could have been a little cleaner but I suppose you can't escape some city grime coming in on your feet.

The apartment was excellent. Perfectly located. The staff were friendly and keen to help. They are clearly making the effort, so I would recommend.

Location, price and decor of the apartment were all fantastic! Staff were really helpful from initial booking to checking out - especially the driver who was picking us up at the airport in the middle of the night: he phoned me and waited for us after we were diverted to another airport because of bad weather - very reassuring! All in all, we loved our stay at Bracka 6 :)

Gave us a free upgrade and room was beautiful. Bathroom was fantastic. Location is great only 50 metres to main square. Staff were very helpful also, booking tours and taxi pickup for early flight. Enjoyed every minute.

Not a problem for us, but you do have to carry bags up 2 floors to get to reception.

The most perfect location for tourists just by the old central square . Very friendly and helpfull. Outstanding room . We will come back on our next visit to Krakow.

The extra touches like chocolate on the pillows, coffee, tea and milk topped up daily. Sparkling water, nuts, pretzels on arrival. All the toiletries you need except the toothbrush and paste. Veranda.

Wifi was down most of the time due to maintenance.

Everything was great, very comfortable, spacious apartment, right in the middle of the Old Town next to Main Square, we liked modern design, especially "daring" aquarium type bathroom, friendly staff, plans of installation of the elevator in the near future rises our thumbs up even higher

The Apartments were very clean, very well located and to a high standard. The facilities were good and the staff we dealt with were very helpful and friendly.

During our first morning, we were woken just before 8:00 due to maintenance work on the building. I wouldn't of had an issue if we were told about what to expect when checking in. A complimentary bottle of wine and cakes were given to us due to this without any concern raised.

Great location, very close to the main square, beautiful apartment with fresh flowers, espresso machine with pods! Beautifully clean with fresh linen & towels.

The only negative thing to this apartment would be if you have difficult with stairs, we didn't, and was pleased to work off our calorie intake of all the delicious food and restaurants close by!

_location is the best, just a few steps to main square, _excelent service (especially, Barbara is very supportive and helped us as clients with all our needs), _very nice building and interior, _spotless clean, _you have everything you may need in your room: nespresso, kitchen equipment, tea, bathrobes etc.

_of course, central location means some street noice (around are a few bars and discos) during night time, but it is not a problem as there are good window isolation and conditioning system in a room, _we were lucky to stay, when Day of students were there, so disco worked until the morning. But administration of appartments really tried to resolve this issue and did the best they could do in such situation. Thank you, Barbara!

"The apartments have been tastefully decorated to a high modern standard and are within close proximity to the main market square. The staff were very polite and helpful and the breakfast in the 'Guliwer' Restaurant was superb".

We like room design and room facilities which using very good quality amenities. Location also great. One thing that i really like is that it doesn't have the 'hotel' feeling. Staff are so helpful and friendly.

No elevator, our bag is big because we have to travel many cities.

Location excellent just off the main square, apartments kitted out to a very high standard, modern well designed and comfortable,added extras chocolates, wine in room biscuits on departure to enjoy on our journey home nice touch, reception staff helpful and couteous, organised trips, taxis, airport transfers, recommended restaurants etc cant wait to return would highly recommend.

Apartments on secound floor with no lift could be a problem for elderly or disabled guests

Everything thought of in these lovely apartments even down to good quality crockery and glasses in the very well equipped kitchen area. Spotless,welcoming. Brilliant location off main square near lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Would highly recommend. Krakow very cheap to eat out in comparison to uk and Would be more so if no wine beer etc, but where's the fun in that!!

The service was impeccable and nothing was too much trouble. The apartments were clean, very well designed and had beautiful touches, such as fresh orchids in each room.
