Excellent hotel chain, freindly helpful and great breakfast ( just make sure its included in room price as not clear ) breakfast every day till 11.30am and Sunday 12.00 and they have a lazy checkout on Sunday at 17.00 hrs.... buses every 10 mins to station or city centre... great hotel... - easy to reach - calm neighbourhood - close to town center

Staff very helpful and polite. We were upgraded at no extra cost. Location excellent for Railway Station and a short walk to city centreI . We recommend this Hotel as room was comfortable and quiet. - Excellent location close to the train station and within easy walking distance to the city center. Location, Location, Location... The staff attitude is great they can't do enough for you, great rooms, very comfortable and very large Haasten Beds, this is a cool boutique Hotel, great Bar, nice Terrace for Sunny Days, and for Breakfast Simply Bread (You have to try the Black Pepper Chicken Club)... I stay there fr business but you need a crowbar

We really appreciated the staff's professional and helpful approach and the decor was simple and serene. It was also good for us as a family since they are child friendly ie. toys in the lobby and children's menu. The rooms were clean well equiped. Spectacular, beautiful design hotel rooms. Bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully designed and furnished. Room 7/Nana was exceptional, split level and so spacious. Felt more like my own apartment.
Beds are HUGE and incredibly comfortable. Service was excellent and the swimming pool, although I was unable to use it, looked beautiful.

The hotel apartment was better than expected! It was right in the center of town; enough room for the three of us. very clean. nice hot shower. - Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Accommodation was comfortable, clean and well located.

beautiful grounds, amazing historic hotel, clean and modern rennovation, great value, quality food and drinks, comfortable beds, friendly and accommodating treatment. - Beautifully restored castle. Grand common areas with much original architectural details intact. Lovely gardens, ponds, paths and entrance.

The Staff there were very helpful and always polite and enthusiastic. They made us feel very welcome and they seemed to almost know us personally. The Hotel is ideally situated for the town and good secure parking. - Clean room, good facilities, friendly staff. A good experience overall

The room itself was taken mostly by the bed, but that was comfortable.
The bathroom was spacious with a large walk-in shower that was very nice
and unexpected! Great help at the front desk and availability of coffee
and teas nice. Location basically right across from the train station
was excellent, and we weren't bothered by any station noise. -

The room was very big and spotless clean. Brand new bathroom . The "bar" where you can relax, have a drink (free!) and read a newspaper. The "welcome" bowl of soup; huge buffet for breakfast; very friendly and efficient staff at the reception.Location is perfect ,at walking distance of shopping area but very quiet at the same time
