The accommodation at Apartment Rijksmuseum exceeded all expectations. Not only was the apartment very clean, it was also spacious and ideally situated. The only confusion was who to buzz when we arrived, but we quickly figured it out (there's an art gallery below where the owners reside). The owners were very welcoming and helpful during our stay. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here - it's much more of a home away from home that any hotel. Nothing but positive things to say. όλα τα σχόλια »
An absolute delight. The hosts Wies and Joop were warm and hospitable offering assistance about access to interesting parts of the city and welcoming into their home. The apartment is spacious, full of natural light, with excellent views of the Rijksmuseum and is close to great restaurants and public transport. We could have moved in permanently!!!!!!.
Warm friendly, personal yet unobtrusive welcome and helpful advice on places to go. Super location, lovely well equipped apartment with delightful balcony overlooking canal with splendid view of the Rijksmuseum and only a stones throw from the Concertgebouw. Better than a 5 Star hotel!.

Very central and convenient location (next to Rijksmuseum and Leidseplein). Big rooms with high ceiling. Nice old-style furniture. Big windows with the beautiful view to the channel.
Very nice house in the museum area, but in a quiet street where you can relax. Very bright room with a nice design. The owners of the house are very kind.

The toilet and shower are "very Dutch style": located directly in the bedroom, no doors, no walls, just a short partition between the beds and the lavatory pan. Guys, introduce the door there!.
Location of shower and especially toilet. Twin beds did not convert to double bed very well.
No window screens. Bugs got in at night and bit me.
