Jamaâ El Fna Square is a 10-minute walk from this air-conditioned Riad with an outdoor pool. Located in the Medina, it offers free Wi-Fi, a sun terrace and a spa including a hammam and body treatments. Each room and suite is styled with traditional Morroccan decor, Tadellakt walls and local hand crafted accessories. All the rooms have an en suite bathroom and some have a four-poster bed. A continental breakfast is provided daily and meals of local specialities can be taken on the terrace, the patio, in the dining room or by the fireplace in the Moroccan living room. Riad Karmanda is a 10-minute walk from Koutoubia Mosque and 7.5 km from Marrakech Menara Airport. It can organise transfers and excursions as well as banquets and events in public areas.

The Riad is pretty easy to find and very well situated regarding to the big square (Place Jamaa El Fna). We had a very warm welcome with a nice cup of tea. The rooms are pretty large (for a riad and its price) and very clean. Inside the Riad it is very quiet and you directly forget the noise and business of Marrakesh. However as all the rooms are adjecent to the courtyard of the Riad, there is always some noise during the night. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!.
όλα τα σχόλια » Fantastic peaceful riad located in the center of the action, a few minutes stroll to the souks, restaurants and square. The staff made the place special as they were so helpful and went out of their way to explain about the area and provided maps and information. Mina also cooked a great breakfast every morning to set you up for the day. I would highly recommend this riad for anyone wanting a short city break to Marrakech. It is a beautiful Riad, clean & stylish. It's very close to being called luxurious for a small riad. The room was nice, comfortable & all you would want & the chill out area inside & outside are really nice. The location is brilliant because its away from the hustle & bustle & it's a nice 10 min walk thought the small streets to get to main square. Very friendly helpfull staff always there to help. Very relaxed and chilled out in the heart of the madina. Had a fridge full of flag beer onlt £2 a can. Great free wi-fi conection. Only ten min walk from main market. Fantastic!!! the best hotel in Morokko we've been. Staff was really helpfully and very very polite. Beautiful room and bathroom and clean of course. Big Morokkan breakfast. I would go there once again. very nice and well educated staff. house is very nice, quiet, peaceful and offers big roof top terrace for hang out. good atmosphere at all. location is perfect. beautiful riad, very relaxed, great location, always someone around if needed. excellent staff!. The Riad is only 10 mins walking distance from the Jeema El Fna and easy to find. The breakfast and the breakfast lady were very nice and friendly. The Riad is nicely decorated and offers a very relaxing experience. There is someone to open the door all day and night and the staff speaks french very well. Convenient location (10 minutes' walk to main square on one main street). Breakfast was quite generous (pancakes, bread, jam, juice, tea/coffee). The pool is in the middle of the courtyard, which is not a place that is very attractive to take a dive. Nothing. Nothing. only french breakfast (absolutely not suitable for other europeans). no tv in the rooms. breakfast - all carbohydrates, requested an egg, got one the next day but not after that. The price for the taxi pickup of 20 EUR were far too expensive for this short ride. We tried to negotiate but did not succeed...we would have had to walk with our luggage to the next big street and did not have time to do this, so they clearly took advantage of this. For the same distance, we paid 3.50 with a city taxi. Also, there was no door to the bathroom and it stank of chlorine and sewerage. Airport transfer quite expensive (20 euros). We shared a taxi with another couple going to the same riad but they still charged 20 euros per couple.
