The staff was extremely kind and attentive. They really went beyond the call of duty in making me comfortable. Outstanding service. The riad is beautifully decorated: really stunning in a traditional Moroccan style. It could be hard to find on one's own even though it's not far from the main square. I recommend using the hotel's airport transfer service in which a staff member meets you at the taxi and shows you the way.
όλα τα σχόλια » Only 4 minutes walking to the Jemaa el-Fnaa square, in a very safe alley. The room (suite) is big and very clean. Good breakfast than you can have in the roof terrace. The couple that runs the rial are very nice and helpful. Make sure you let them know that you want your room cleaned daily, because without your approval they will not do it. This is a brand new Riad, it openned in June 2013. Wonderful experience! The riad is beautiful, the rooms and the location are great. But first of all, the staff makes the difference. They are incredibly kind and always available. They helped us in a troubled time for us in a way which is not common to see in an hotel, for this I want to thank them once again. I definitely recommend this place to everybody, just exceptional!. We stayed for 3 nights here and it was absolutely amazing. The staff couldn't do enough to help you, the place was really clean and relaxing, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was great. It's only 2 minutes from the central square and yet so quiet. We will definitely stay here again when we come back!!. Beautiful Riad! Just 2 minutes from Jemaa el fna, but so quiet, and a good place to relax, specially in the terrace on the rooftop, where we had breakfast. Staff is incredibly kind. Would stay there again. Excellent location, five minutes walking from Jemaa El Fna square, friendly and very helpful staff 24/24 present, rooms very clean and nicely furnshed. At night the place is extremely quiet. The patio inside was wonderful and the place very quiet. The room was very nicely decorated and staff was very friendly. Any minor deficiencies in the Riad were more than compensated for by the excellent and friendly staff. Comfortable riad with a very good location. Good breakfast. Nothing. They don't speak english, they speak french, although this is not a problem. Nothing at all. As with most riads in the centre it's located down an alley. If you're coming home on your own at night you may not want to walk on your own (mainly females). I have only positive remarks. We went back to the riad at 6pm just to take something and there wans't anyone there so we couldn't enter. Nothing. They were severe shortcomings in the service provided - personel not opening the main door when we rang on it one evening. Room not cleaned due to "a missunderstanding", difficulty in grabing the personel for paying at the end. Overall you had the feeling of a comfortable setting but with part of the personel not wanting to be there.
