The hotel is so spectacular it is difficult to describe. Directly in the
Medina (Old City, the oldest Medina in Morocco). It is a former
residence of an Imam from the 17th century and could be described as a
palace. A rooftop terrace, inner courtyards and gardens, and even a
swimming pool in one of the courtyards. The manager, Said, speaks
several languages and was extraordinarily helpful, even having one of
the staff wash our clothes (we were traveling via motorcycle through

I expected traditional Moroccan decor at this Riad and can say I was not disappointed - my room was just fantastic! The breakfast was exceptional with a great variety of food and plenty of it. The locality of the Riad was good once I had worked out where I was in relation to the medina. I leave my final comments for the staff - they just could not

There was nothing about La Maison Verte which we didn't like.It is
a most beautiful riad, the staff were exceptionally friendly,helpful in
any way and treated us to lovely extras to eat and drink. The food at
the Palais Verte was wonderful. The views from the terras is
incredible. The only negative we have to say is that we didn't stay
long enough!!! Getting to the riad by car was a little daunting at
first,but someone met us and drove ahead of us,from there on we were
well taken care off.

Christian, Dris and the team are amazing, very friendly and welcoming. They are always willing to accommodate. The facilities are excellent. the roof terrace offers a great view over the medina. The rooms are huge and very stylish and the ensuite Bathroom is large. Nice lounges on the ground floor so you can get out of the sun on the hottest of days. Thanks again guys

It was a very warm and friendly guest house, the staff were very accommodating and friendly, I was invited to eat with the family, it was nice to talk with them. Dar Othmane was a gem of a find. The family that runs this riad is absolutely amazing, they even asked us if we wanted to be adopted! The riad is also in the heart of the old town and yet very quiet, except for the early morning call to prayer, which happens every where. The actual riad is gorgeous and very comfortable.
