Staff very friendly and helpful. The location could not be better for access to the subway (entrance directly across the street), to major department stores (one block away), to the Susukino entertainment district (five blocks away), and Odori Park (across the street). You can also walk to Sapporo Station in ten minutes. Hotel was modern and clean. The bathroom colors were very cheerful. Internet connection was fast.

Orori station was very close and convenient to the hotel. Hotel is modern with european design. Airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. Overall we would stay again. Fantastic Location right on Odori (a narrow park that runs through the city). Our room looked directly out on it. The room was a good size by Japanese standards and was impeccably clean. For 500 yen, all occupants of the room can use the spa on the top floor as much as they want. Location: - close to Odori Station - in front of Odori park - bus to Sapporo Airport leaves just in front of the hotel. - many convenient stores around Staff: - speak English Room: - clean and tidy - a view to Odori Park was awesome! - quite big compare to other hotel. The location is very good. Airport bus stop is in front of tthe hotel. And the subway station is 2minutes walk. I like public baht here. Location beside Odori Park was pretty convenient. 7-11 is only a short walk away. Location is excellent to transportation, shopping and restaurants. Great staff, excellent location, convenient to airport bus. The room decoration, the bed, the staffs, size of room. It is clean and value for money. The hotel is about 15-20 mins walk from Sapporo JR Station. It is opposite Odori Park. There is a shopping place and restaurant nearby. The room has space more than other hotels I've visited in Japan. The breakfast has to be booked in advance otherwise they will charge you a bit more money. The breakfast is buffet which offer many selections of food. There is a bus to Chitose Airport in front of hotel for 1,000 yen per person which is very convenient. English television channels like CNN or the BBC World were available. No wifi in the room, only in the lobby and several in our group had difficulty connecting. For some reason the SSID would not show up in our scans and the staff was not interested in helping to resolve. Rooms are typical japanese small and efficient but we knew that going in. Heards of tourist in the morning made getting breakfast challenging. Fortunately there are places nearby to grab a meal. It is quite small room. Couldn't get the shower head to face the direction I preferred. I'm used to having japanese food options next door to my hotel. Nothing. There is no wifi in this hotel at all even in the lobby.
