Verona Porta Nuovo Train Station, situated 1 km away, offers connections with Milan where the Expo 2015 takes place.

We booked there for our Anniversary and it was an absolute pleasure – Proseco and chocolates were waiting at our room and everything looked exactly like in the pictures. The rooms were comfortable, beautifully decorated and very romantic. The bathroom was very modern and had all amenities we needed. There was private underground parking (which is very rare in such a central location in Verona). Unfortunately we couldn’t take advantage of the courtyard as it was raining, but we had a beautiful v.

Our room was decorated beautifully, the breakfast was perfect, and Valentina's warmth and graciousness made our stay at Relais Ristori a most pleasureable & warm experience. She worked hard to make sure we felt comfortable and special, and that all of our travel needs in Verona were simplified. We will definitely stay at this charming hotel again an. The owner Valentina could not have been nicer or more helpful. We stayed in a lovely room with balcony overlooking the courtyard. It was very quiet so we had a lovely nights sleep. It is very central so within walking distance to everywhere. If you like to stay in someones lovely home with added privacy, this is for you! Breakfast was, cereals,yoghurt,juices, Tea, Coffee, croissants, toast, brown bread jams & honey & fruit. You won't leave hungry!!!. The staff was extremely friendly, giving you directions about where to go in the city without asking for it. The hotel is like an historic house in Verona, very clean and with a very beautiful patio where you can have an amazing breakfast. Location could not be better, right in the center of the city and on top of that bicycles were offered to us for free to enjoy the city. This is a charming boutique hotel, brilliantly run by Valentina at the front desk. The hotel is excellent, but Valentina takes it to an even higher level with her friendliness and helpfulness. We felt completely at home in Verona from our base in this hotel with Valentina at hand to help us with all our questions. Valentina the Manager of this boutique hotel was absolutely fantastic in helping us and has a wonderful way of making you feel welcome. The hotel has a great courtyard to relax in and is very central to all sightseeing. Room was well equipped and great to stay in a hotel that reflects Italy. Location - short walk to Arena and all the sites, including railway station. Staff - Valentina was very welcoming and helpful. Coffee and cake always on hand. Lovely courtyard garden. Covered parking if required. Excellent breakfast. Pretty bedrooms, spotlessly clean. The hostess Valentina was so warm and friendly and her hotel is beautiful! She did everything and more to make us feel welcome and comfortable - including leaving some prosecco, chocolates and a long- stemmed red rose for us in honor of our 30th wedding anniversary!. Location was great and the bedroom perfect. All very charming. We used 2 bedrooms as we were 2 couples and all was great in both. Breakfast is good and the environment nice. Valentina was super helpfull and friendly. No noise, good installations and isolation. This is an excellent hotel within a few minutes walk of the city center. It has been recently renovated and it very charming and comfortable. The manager, Valentina, is very helpful and gracious. It is ideal for exploring Verona. Just about everything! The room, breakfast, location, parking, the attention to detail, the furnishings, can't fault. Highly recommended B&B to see the wonderful city of Verona. The ambience, beauty, style & proximity to the Arena and other Verona landmarks. Very pleased to be able to borrow bicycles which were an excellent way to tour the city. Valentina, the owner was delightful, charming and very welcoming. The room was gorgeous with a super bathroom. The location is very quiet but very close to the old centre. We liked our room ( it had two floors and it was on 3dr floor) and very good breakfast. Staff was realy friendly, location was good, 3-5 min walking from city center. Location. Owner very helpful. Helpful with organizing taxi etc.From the outside nothing to see - as you step inside its beauty is very surprising-beautiful Decor with small courtyard. Centrally located. Nothing. Nothing not to like - except it rained on one evening, but we can't blame Valentina for that ! ( and she can provide umbrellas ). That we had to leave!. The wifi was not really working at our floor, but Valentina was aware and already working on a solution. The bathroom was quite charming, and althought well designed, some water would leave the box into the floor, because of construction and slie flow of water down. Not a big issue, though. Don't plan to park in their garage, as only the smallest car will fit. Still, they have made arrangements for off-site parking which work well. Parking is not for the faint hearted. Nothing. The underground garage is definitely for small cars. You need a good map of Verona to find the hotel if driving. Nothing. We heard other people talking and snoring. Maybe the price is too high :). Nothing. Our room was dark and lacked space for 2 tall people. We would stay again but not in this room. nothing. Very expensive. We were surprised that the rooms were not made up during our two-nights' stay. Our room was only half cleaned one day. The breakfast rolls were quite dry, didn't like the tinned fruit or fruit juices. No views from our window, ground floor/street level. There are several high quality patisserie nearby - would have been nice to have fresh pastries for breakfast, instead of more convenience food. Room was uncomfortable, stairs were awkward, and it was very pricey for the value. The bed was equal to a futon.
