The room is really big and cozy, we had room with the shared bathroom but it was comfortable because the bathroom is just next door and it seems that others rooms have their own. We had a lot of welcome snecks in the room, it was very-very nice. Also, breakfast is good and included. Wi-fi signal is good. We will definitely advise it to our friends.
Loved the staff, the woman in particular was very helpful in telling us where to go in Verona. AMAZING!

Helpful staff and a lovely option to stay near the heart of Verona. Comfortable room and good value for money - would definitely stay again.
Shower in shared bathroom could be improved and breakfast food could be more fresh. But in reality, these negatives are definitely outweighed by the positives.

Toilet and shower were on the floor above us. Of course we knew that we paid for shared bathroom, but it was a little inconvenient going up and down to the shower. And yet - it was fine overall.
great location and really helpful staff. clean rooms. we had to check in really late due to traffic, and someone wa available to assist us with the check-in. we were really thankful for that.
1. we stayed there 2 nights and the room given to us the first night had pluming issues, and was really small...we were transferred to another room which was really nice, and spacious (I wish I was given that from the beginning). 2. the breakfast they offer could be a little improved.

Very nice & Comfortable Hotel , with great staff and welcoming owners . Well , It is near to sightseeing which made our trip much comfortable . it is 10 min walk from the Station ( or less by using the bus ) . For me & my gf , we chose to go walking :)

The rooms are part of a big nice house. The host (Luigi) gives you keys for the front door so you can come back at any hour. The kitchen is open so you can have breakfast no matter the time you wake up. There are cakes, sweets and napkins near the bed
We were in a top floor room - the ceiling was at part low which resulted in several head bangs. Although seeming friendly and talkative, I didn't like the host much.

Central location but quiet. Comfortable, clean and spacious room. Nice selection of breakfast items. Free wifi. Very much feels like a home with the warm and friendly staff who took the time to give us some information of the city!
It was very quiet, close to the Piazza Bra where everything is. A five minutes walk to the piazza and about 15 minutes to the old town. It was very comfortable and had a very nice self serve breakfast. Louigi was great, a very welcoming, helpful guy.
The best point is the helpful and welcoming staff. They have 2 adorable dogs Milo and (don't remember) who are also very friendly. the dogs are very well behaved and are in day time only. Location is in a peaceful area, just near to the Arena (15 mins walking) The rooms are provided with a free snack bar filled with snacks and eateries at your disposal. The breakfast is self-service and is very fulfilling with many selections. We had the best of all the rooms (we checked all others) it was the attic room with bathroom and was tastefully decorated. The hotel was the highlight of our stay in Verona, Wish we could have stayed longer. The staff even helped with our heavy luggage.

Style, elegant, luxurous!!! Great location! Super easy to find via Google Street View! Best host ever! Complimentary breakfast in the room! Luigi told us the best place for pizza in Verona (Bella Napoli 2)! Highly recommended!!!
We loved the friendly atmosphere, it felt like home.
Very friendly owner who gave lots of tips about where to go and what to do. It's really close to the arena. It's about 10 minutes from the Verona Porta Nuova train station on foot and the city is easily accessible by walking. The self service breakfast was a nice idea. There's a massive fridge with lots of food that you can bring back to the room. There were also some lovely snacks in the room, free of charge. Free wifi (that works!)
We had to wait a little while for the owner to arrive. (However, I think this was our fault for not giving a more accurate arrival time). I didn't see air conditioning in the room. It may be very hot on the upper floors in summer. We stayed in Spring so it was not a problem.

Excellent location! Very friendly staff, we haven't confirmed our time of arrival and we came there very late night but they were waiting for us anyway. Breakfast is bit poor so please don't expect to much from it. Beside that great value for money.

I love here so much. Feel like home and very very comfortable, clean and sweet. The breakfast is amazing, many choice and tasty. Even the shared bathroom is unbelievably big and clean and stylish. Very close to the town only 5 minutes. 15 minutes to station it's walkable.

The location is good: the B and B is next to the centre. The staff was friendly enough. The air conditionning was working perfectly.
Our room was very small. The bed was inconfortable. The shared bathroom apparead to be a disaster: it was on another floor and all the morning was occupied by people from the other room. It's better going to a youth hostel for half a price. The breakfast was poor. The coffee machine did not work properly.
