After reading horror stories of small rooms and inconsistent service in
Venice, we intentionally looked for a room with updates and some space
and Carnival delivered both. Check in was easy and quick! The hotel was
in the quite end of town and away from the crowd. It is also a very
short distance (5min) to the public transportation dock and maybe 15 min
walk to the train station. Rooms very modern and clean. Hot water all
week and lots of water pressure. Breakfast was hot everyday and

The location was excellent, out of the busy area, a beautiful walk to and from the hotel to San Marco (15mins approx) with the best view of Venice that so many people will not get to see. The Hotel was excellent. Very well located (15meters from the boat station San Angello). Walking from there was a pleasure, and it is about 10 minute walk from San Marco plazza.
The service is really good and pleasant, and so was the breakfast.

I was initially a Venice sceptic but the magic of the place, and in particular this modern hotel, made it truly phenomenal.
