Great location! 1 minute to elevator, 5 minutes walk to Sorrento train station. Extremely clean and nice rooms.

Great location, nice design of the rooms, comfortable bed

The hot water at the shower is available only for maximum 10 minutes and after that you could have only cold water; the heat in the room doesen't functioned; moreover, when we arrived in the first day in the room were 20 degrees and the cooler was started on even if outside were 17 degrees; the breakfast was very basic and the person who served us is not very nice; we asked for bacon and eggs and he served us without bread which I think it could be obtained only if you pay extra-charge

Everything was great. The location was just around the corner from Piazza Tasso.The room was beautifully designed in black, white and grey with great attention to detail. One of the nicest rooms I've stayed in. Staff friendly, eager to please. I would highly recommend La Piazzeta Guest House to everyone.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, spacious, well appointed apartment with a bright and interesting design. Comfortable fixtures and fittings obviously of good quality! Excellent location - centrally located but no noise from outside. We genuinely could not have asked for more.

The location was excellent being close to the main square and having easy access to the beach.Rooms were large,modern and spotless.

It was a bit awkward finding the entrance as it wasn't identified very well.Having no elevator was the only major downfall.

The room was quite large. The bathroom was a large as some other hotel rooms that i have stayed in Italy. The stuff was extremely helpful. The room was clean

The breaksfast ... it was horrible. It is served on the restaurant below that is on the street. It advertise that it sells breakfast for 9 euros pp. I said that is good, as there menu looked very good. They brought as a separate menu with less than half the items on the list. The juice was a shot instead of a normal glass.

La Piazzetta is not much to look at, including the reception area, but the rooms are modern, very clean and comfortable. The staff are pleasant to deal with and very helpful. Breakfast, served at a small adjoining restaurant, offered brioche, eggs, coffee, and juice daily.

The shower stall was small and might be difficult for a large person to negotiate.

I loved this little hidden gem. The room we stayed in was awesome, nautical themed, our place was close to everything. The beach, the cute shopping streets, there were really nice restaurants near by. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the free breakfast was good. The value was good, cheapest I found in sorrento.

No lift, the stairs were brutal when you've been walking all day lol but it's good excercise :)

The. Apartment was spotless -and the staff were excellent -right in the centre 'perfect location -and a nice breakfast ever morning -can't fault it.

Only issue was minor -no English news on tv. But fantastic music channel -capital

Everything! Wonderful staff! Booked the Blue room with terrace, fantastic!! Lovely view of the Piazza.

Nothing, but some people may prefer a view of the sea and stunning scenery. For us this was not a problem.

Excellent location in the centre of Sorrento. Room not very big but comfortable.

Location, good staff. The breakfast is served at a cafe adjacent to the hotel. But the cafe do not tell you what is included in the breakfast, so if you do not ask, they won't give you eggs,orange juice,etc. they will give you an expresso and a croissant.

Room 12 has a problem with tghe sewer and it smells bad. They coud not fix it. they gave us that room on our first stay and we changed. When we came back from Positano, they gave us the same room, we refuse it, so they gave us a credit for a smaller one.

Air conditioning, friendly and attentive staff, very nice decor, excellent location, fridge was an added bonus, privacy was very nice-staff were attentive but not imposing, fresh croissants and orange juice for breakfast.

Not being able to have both croissant and toast for breakfast! Clean towels not provided as often as we'd have hoped. Cold showers on a couple of occasions.

La Piazzetta was short walk from town square in busy Sorrento.Easy to access ferries,bus tours and local transport. Modern and clean but in old world building with view to park and town life. Good for independent travellers and well equipped. Good base for trip to Pompeii and Amalfi coast.

We had a suite and it was marvolous. Great location and best breakfast at a cafe outside of hotel included. New updates to room. Walking the streets at night was fun. Hotel close to everything.

Helpful personal, modern design, very clean space. We were really surprised by the size of bathroom (we rented room #12) it's about 20 sq.m and very light. The location is perfect 5 mins to Tasso square and about 1 min to the coast

Location can't be beaten. Staff are professional and accommodating. The room was clean, adequate and modern. More like an apartment, but no kitchenette or sitting area.

The Internet WiFi was intermitent and unreliable. It did not work when we needed it the most. We did not get our shower gel replaced. We often had to go and ask directly to reception. They have signs all over the place with "please don't do this and that". I found it kind of annoying. There was no elevator.

Very central, close to the main part of Sorrento. Reception and cleaning staff were very friendly and helped with local info. The room was simple but nicely decorated and very large with a nice bathroom and a small balcony on to the square.

The split level room we had was perfect for our family of 4. The room met all of our needs, and the building was nicely located in central Sorrento a short walk from anything that we needed.

Parking was a bit of an issue, but it was clearly indicated that it would not be available.

The staff was absolutely excellent. Very clean, big room, lovely modern bathroom. Good location. We would probably go someplace else simply because of the lift. For us 5 flights was a bit much with luggage.

There was no lift/elevator. It was somewhat difficult to decide where the "front" door was. We didn't know the reception was upstairs and we had to buzz up. The breakfast was disappointing.

The room was lovely, and the location is near city centre while also just a walk away from the port. But nothing beats the guesthouse keeper, Valentina, who made sure that we had everything we ever needed.

Excellent B&B: superclean, stylish, new, comfortable, excellent location.

The boiler for the hot water didn't kick in twice in two days in a row - missus ended up having a cold shower. Although they intervened right away to restore the service, apologies / offer for a small compensation would have been appreaciated.

location was key for me as it was a stone's throw from my son's school apartment

Was in S'ant Antonino plaza which was good and bad. We were there during the festival and the church bells went off every morning at 7:15, 8:15 and 9:15.

Lot of space. Close to the town center. Friendly staff. Good value for the money.

The toilet gives out bad oder. The photo are a bit misleading. I thought it was a hotel. It is actually a hostel.

Valentina was very pleasant. The hotel has a great location, was well maintained, had a decent shower, clean and very comfortable. Our room was spacious with an excellent view of the piazza. Valentina was kind and helpful. There were snacks in the room. Overall, a very good value.

Breakfast was meager, having to go down to Victoria's Bar for a cornetto and coffee. A more generous and substantial breakfast would be nice. We missed our meager breakfast one day when the bar owner decided not to open.

Highly recommended. Right in the heart of Sorrento. Only 15 minutes walk to train station and bus depot. We had a spacious room overlooking the piazza. Friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Sorrento. No lifts, so you better practice lifting your suitcases up a few flight of stairs. I didn't mind because my husband did all the lifting:)
