Everything was perfect! The room was very nice and clean. Delicious breakfast with prosciutto, emmentaler cheese, homemade cakes and jams, fresh orange juice, nesspresso coffee...
Very friendly and helpful staff, ensured our stay was extremely comfortable. Great internet connection as well.

This was the cheapest, best stay in Rome I have ever had. Great and
quiet neighborhood, interesting and quirky place to stay--like sleeping
at your lawyer's very nicely decorated office. Good location for
Vatican. Nice selection of guidebooks which we used. Check out the local

Our 4-day stay in Rome was amazing thanks to the great location of the B&B and our priceless host, Massimo. All the major sites (St. Peter’s Basilica, Vatican Museums, Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Piazza De’ Fiori, Piazza Spagna etc.) are within walking distance from the B&B, so you are not depending on public transportation

Our host, Mossimo, was incredible! He gave us great advice and
information about seeing everything that Rome had to offer. The location
was amazing! We were close to the Vatican and within walking distance
for most of the spectacular sites! We only took a cab to the Coliseum
because we were at the end of the trip and a little tired. The
breakfasts were delightful with amazing pastries, breads, fruits, meats
plus the best cappuccino and espresso around! The price of a week's
stay is unbeatable.

We stayed at Piazza Di Spagna for three nights and then returned for another night after travelling to Positano. The location is perfect, within walking distance to most of the tourist sites, the Metro and villa Borghese which is a great place to take the kids. the room is spacious, clean and modern. We loved having our coffee machine in our room

Our entire stay at Piazza di Spagna Prestige was a marvel. This is a
beautiful boutique hotel, where each of the rooms has its own distinct
character and charm, and they are all classy, harmonious, and
comfortable. The staff is exceptionally nice, and the owner Giovanna
takes care of any request you might have. Before our visit, I informed
her that we were coming to Rome to get married, and she then upgraded us
to an absolutely gorgeous room to make sure we would get great photos

Amica Roma B&B hotel is well-located (closed to the Vatican and theOttaviano metro station).
The room itself is very clean, we liked the balcony as well. We were very welcomed by Giovanna and her friend.

The LOCATION was fabulous! Just a short 10 block walk to the vatican/Tiber river.... I could walk to almost any amazing site/area within 30 minutes to an hour, and the Metro station for the cities great subway system, is about 8 short blocks away.

The (genuine) helpfullness of the staff was superb. The closeness to all the tourist attractions - eg 30 m to the Spanish Steps- made exploring the city extremely easy. - staff was very helpful
