This is a small hotel - about 6 rooms in a large building in the Embassy region of the City. so it is very quiet and has a safe feeling. The hotel is very new and the room we had was excellent, very comfortable and modern. there was an ipad in the room for our use which was a very nice touch. the best things about this hotel though are Sereba and Marco who make you feel so welcome. The staff's attention to detail and service was impeccable. From the
moment we arrived we were greeted with coffee while we waited to be
checked in. The room was the cutest thing ever with a window overlooking
the streets of Rome (it felt like a movie). Breakfast was served on time
and there was so much to choose from. When it was time for us to check
out, the staff went out of their way to get us to the airport on time.
Three days after our stay we realized we forgot our IPad in the safety

We had a fantastic stay at the Alba Romana B&B - the rooms and communal spaces were well decorated and comfortable, and Roberto and his daughter made us feel very welcome! Although it's not in the city centre, the main attractions are only a 20 minute tram or bus journey away and there's very nice (and reasonably priced) restaurants and gellatos nearby. We had a great stay here and would strongly recommend it to others.

Our host, Mossimo, was incredible! He gave us great advice and
information about seeing everything that Rome had to offer. The location
was amazing! We were close to the Vatican and within walking distance
for most of the spectacular sites! We only took a cab to the Coliseum
because we were at the end of the trip and a little tired. The
breakfasts were delightful with amazing pastries, breads, fruits, meats
plus the best cappuccino and espresso around! The price of a week's
stay is unbeatable.

Gianluca our host could not be more welcoming or helpful. Nothing was too much. Planning walks to make the best use of time and packing in the sites, recommending local restaurants etc. Casa Martini was a fantastic location, within walking distance to all the sites but also close to the metro if you want to save your legs . It is modern and very well appointed. We loved the fact we had the use of a kitchen if we wanted fully stocked with tea, coffee, milk and cookies!

The owner Alex is absolutely friendly and his hints and tipps are in any case of great help and value. His B&B is very modern, absolutely clean and from high standard. Kind and helpful owner, who gave us many recommendations for Rome and managed to give us a free ride to the station on departure.

Although we did not like the breakfast Alex was very zealous to do the best he could - he even got some lactose-free milk for us when he heard one of us does not tolerate lactose although we did not ask him for it.
