Staff was great, friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel was in a section of town very easy to get to from Metro with lots of good restaurants around. - Proximity to station and train to airport. No problems walking even at night. Excellent continental buffet breakfast

The staff was extremely friendly and willing to display us the options for nice cafes and restaurants in Rome. It was nice having our breakfast outdoors at a nice cafe. The room was very clean and the bathroom recently renovated. It was well suited, near to Termini station and at the same time safe until late at night because of the crowded street

Nice room, very good location-just few minutes from central train station and centre, polite staff. Room was clean and comfortable. If I go to Rome again - I will with pleasure take the same hotel. - It is situated within easy walking distance from the Roma Termini Station and most touristic landmarks. Good value for money and clean.

Close to Termini Station and easy to find. Staff was very friendly and help a lot with all questions. Amazing elevator. Never seen before so small and old. No frills but comfortable accommodation. Good value for money and very close to Termini station. Breakfast is served at a cafe a couple of streets away (It is a simple coffee and pastry but that is what you will find every where). There is also a pleasant courtyard for sitting out in the evening.

The best budget hotel i've stayed during my Europe trip considering the comfort & its very close to the Roma Termini and other destinations. We stayed here for 1 night.

Amazing place to stay in Rome! In 3 min you ll reach Vatican, to center center 15 min walking, river 10 min.

The cappuccinos and light breakfast in the morning was excellent; we had wonderful interactions with all the staff and found the proximity to the Metro ideal for getting around and seeing room. The shower in our Vista room was marvelous!

The location was very good if you like to really experience Italy, mix with the locals and not live in a bubble or in a street crowded with hotels and tourists. Staff was supersuper friendly, thanks to Armando and Jerry, the guys at the front-desk. They were helping us out with getting familiar with the transportation, sightseeing recommendations, and even with places to go shopping.
Very easy to get to the center of Rome; 10 minutes by bus (105) to get to Termini, and the bus stop is right out in front

You get to choose between a sweet continental or salty breakfast at the time of your choice, between 8-10 am.
Room was cleaned everyday -
First I want to mention the
Stuff, that were always nice, friendly, willing to answer questions about where to visit, how to reach a certain point, and a 24h service.
Secondly the B&B showers and facilities were well cleaned every day.
The breakfast was fair and served to the room at the requested hour.
For last and maybe most important the B&B was enough close to the historical center, by bus, Metro ( 5 min walk) ,or by foot ( 15 min walk )
