The hotel is located in a nice area of Rome, across the Tiber river (Trastevere). The location is quiet and beautiful (small, old houses with a lot of vegetation and flowers, going up some hills in a network of curly streets). The hotel was a stopover on our way to Civitavechia to board a cruise. We flew into Rome airport and it was simple to catch a train to Trastavere, where we would need to change for Civitavechia. The hotel is in walking distance of the station and there is a flight of stone steps up to Villa Rosa where we had to check in. Hotel 11 Villino is around the corner 70 meteres away. The staff were friendly, hotel was lovely and clean. There was a kitchen
which had a fridge you could use and cakes / tea / coffee left
out . Free breakfast from the cafe across the road. We had the economy
room with the external bathroom. 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum
although we did walk to the Vatican which took an hour. The metro
station was around the corner and for 1.50 euros takes you to the
Vatican in 10mins. If you have never been to Rome there isnt really a
central location to vis

Excellent and simple bed, chair, and armoire. I was in P1 so I had 2 skylights. Very friendly staff, even though I couldn't speak (virtually any) Italian. Very useful breakfast which I had several days. -
Room was very clean and adequate standard for the price. Location is close to the subway, two stops from Termini Railway Station.

Not sure I want to provide a review about this place as it will be giving away a secret! I travel to Rome often and had to book this hotel at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised. What struck me the most was the friendly nature of the family running this establishment. I can only describe it as old fashioned hospitality with a genuine smile. Bedroom was huge for mid city standards and shower was larger than most 5 star hotel.

We stayed 4 nights. Had a lovely service from Daniele, who was making and delivering breakfast to the room, always with the smile.
Apartments are in good condition. Location is just next door to Vatican museum, 5 minutes to Metro line A, and generally Rome center is not big, you can get easily to any main location by foot.

Everything was perfect. Yes, the hotel is little bit far from the city center, but hotels in Rome are very expensive regardless and at least this hotel is a good value for your money. The people running the hotel are belong nice. The property is in perfect conditions and very clean. I stayed in another hotel for the same price during this same trip and I did not like the place at all.

The staff was very hospitable and friendly. We traveled with three small kids who tend not to be very quite at times and the staff took it all in stride. We had requested a roll away bed before we arrived only to find a pack and play in our room, we didn't say anything because or daughter just slept on the couch the first night but upon our arriv

We stayed for 4 nights in a suite, which was quite comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed having a kitchen and that the living room was big enough for our kid to play. The breakfast is quite adequate, we also enjoyed having a pool. The location is good with big garden very close and the tram station right at the entrance to the residence.
