i liked very much the kindness of Antonella and Salvo who are really nice and good people. They explained to the kids everuthing about vulcano and etna before our trip on the Vulcano which was very nice. If you need something they will do their best to help you or provide it to you. We loved it here. The town of Nicolosi is welcoming and friendly, as is the B&B, really a small apartment. Shop at the butcher for some good Scicilan meat and sausages and pick up some fresh vegetables and wine from a barrel, at a friendly vendor and go back to the B&B to cook in the little kitchen. What we read in other comments was definitely true. The appartement was excellent and very clean and the hosts Maurizio and Cettina very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really great, 5 jellies, fresh bread and Mortadella/prosciutto juices and Sicilian icecream (Granita)! Nicolosi is a cosy village to stay. Close to Etna and Catania. From the moment I entered the hotel, I felt welcomed and well taken
cared of. The staff was really friendly and helpful with any questions
you may have. The room and hotel was very clean and had a lovely
atmosphere. A nice breakfast is served every morning and the beautiful
beach is just around the corner. -

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We loved the room though a little small--the bathroom was elegant and very comfortable. Breakfast was great with many tasty selections. I would really like to recimmend this hotel. I was staying there in May
2013. The hotel is located in the very city center in the beginning of a
pedestrian area. It is nice looking, new and super clean. Besides all
the neccessary stuff like a bed you can also find in the room a big
sofa, new tv, Nespresso coffee machine, minibar, wardrobe, etc. The
bathroom is also new and bog enough.

This is a family-run villa on the slope of Mt Etna. On the north side of
the hotel you see the volcano's peak; to the south is a beautiful

What a delightful surprise this was, from when Sara first came out to
greet us til she saw us off. This is a family-run hotel and they all
were pleasant and worked to make our one night stay very enjoyable.

It was a familiar and lovely welcome in the residence. The hoteliers, Carmen and Vincenzo, are more than friendly! Vincenzo picked us up from the ferry and Carmen showed us around the residence. It is a wonderful site a few steps away from main street and port with a fantastic sea view. The rooms have a proper size and are modern and clean. The bad is sooo comfortable.
We had a perfect one-week stay in “Le Terrazze”, almost felt like home, especially because of the nice (English speaking) hote

Borgo San Rocco is a truly magical place. The accommodation is comfortable, clean and we felt at home instantly. Very nice place, high level of service, nice and friendly staff, located just a few steps from the square in front of Il Duomo. Close to restaurants, shopping and Culture. Parking free of charge in the street below, worked perfectly with direct access from the hotelelevator. Wifi worked perfectly, fast access. Nice view over the Ragusa valley. - Excelent staff, very helpful and friendly. They give you good advice on what to do, discounts for scooter renting and they even returned for us our scooter when we decided to leave in the first ferry. They also took us to the port by car.
