This was a very pleasant surprise. The hotel is of a high standard, very peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast is great with bread, cold cuts, fruits and pastries if desired.
Claudia and Claudia working at the hotel were incredibly service-oriented, thanks!
Good to know is that you need a car and there is no pool, but the beach is close. -

We were travelling as family with children, but the hotel suits much more cathegories: Historical, Countryside, Romantic. Cosy atmosphere. Facilities were recently renewed. Beautiful garden. Lovely hotel in a pleasant, peaceful little town. No noise, no crowds, several nice restaurants and coffee shops within strolling distance, very handy for the ferry to Carloforte. We had a large, spacious, comfortable room with a little balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. -

We were given a first-floor apartment with kitchenette and terrace from which we could watch the moon rise while dining. The swimming pool at the hotel was so comfortable and tempting that I could hardly leave the hotel for one of the nice surrounding beaches.

Out of all the different options we had, we (3 friends) chose an apartment managed by Biriola Holiday - mainly because of the huge number of positive reviews. We traveled to Cala Gonone as a young couple and found Residence Biriola very easy to find. Upon arriving we were greeted by Bruno, the elder statesman of the residence, who was quite simply charming. He took us around, showed us the garden at the back and told us we could help ourselves to the fresh herbs and chillis. The hotel is easy to find, located near the (stony) beach in the quite

The room is nice with the bed located in the mezzanine while having the
sitting area and bathroom below, a different experience indeed. The
location is great with the beach and restaurants within 5 minutes'
walk away. Lucitta is a highly recommended restaurant if you are into
gourmet tasting menu. If you drive, you can get into the center of
Arbatax also in few minutes from the hotel. The staff at the hotel is
very helpful in providing information about different available tours
