The staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. They had a lot of local knowledge which was very helpful. The breakfast provided had the most variety I have ever seen served at a hotel. And they were all very tasty and of a high standard.

We are the couple that traveled with Celia and Mark, Lynne and Bob
Miertschin. We really enjoyed every moment of our stay! We were near the
museums, countryside and within a reasonable drive to Rome. We
especially loved the restaurant on site for breakfast and dinners. Very

lovely 22 room hotel in residential area or Tarquinia. 10mins uphill walk to old walled town which was wonderful and a bus ride to the beach which wasn't that nice. The food in the hotel is superb and has an excellent chef. Hotel arranged a taxi from our ship in Civitecchia and again to take us to Rome Airport. Not anywhere to walk so would recommend a car as its a lovely region.

I liked everything! Wonderful staff attitudes towards guests .... fulfilled all reasonable requests. The restaurant is very tasty food!!!! I have been enjoying my stay in this hotel. -

The staff were fantastic, special thanks to Monica for all her assistance, breakfast was included and good, close to supermarket. 20 minute train ride to Rome. Very quiet at night. -
We went to Rome one day and the beach the next. This was a very nice apartment and worked perfectly for the 3 of us. The restaurant around the corner has great food.

This is a very well appointed hotel that is a pleasure to visit. There
is a lovely garden around the hotel. It was easy for us and our 8 year
old son to walk to all major attractions. The area is quiet at night and
there are excellent nearby restaurants. Breakfast was excellent,
consisting of cold meats, cheese, eggs, fresh fruit, cereals and
numerous tarts and pastries. The staff were very helpful and provided
maps and outlined the best way to walk to where we wanted to go. Our son

Excellent staff, from reception to breakfast, just excellent!!! Perfect

What a lovely hotel. Friendly helpful staff who made you feel so welcome. The room was small but well decorated with air con and free safe. Just a note for others, we spent two days in darkness without realising you could open the heavy shutters over the windows by pressing a button next to the bed!! Breakfast was plentiful with scrambled eggs as well as continental style food. The hotel is not in central rome but only a 10 min walk from a new metro stop S Agnes which takes you to central rome

We got an upgrade to an excellent room. The staff were extremely nice and
helped us with our Italian. Barbara was especially nice and made our reservation
at the Borgese gallery. Everything was excellent and the staff could not have been better. - very nice, good location, excellent breakfast although they should reduce the charge for children

The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious by European standards. The
bed was a little harder than I like but so were many of the beds in
Italy. The front desk staff was friendly.
