We could see the Dome of St Peters from our window(double glazing reduced outside noise considerably).Good security with solid doors. Very helpful and pleasant staff. We used this hotel for a two day city break prior to a Med cruise from Civitavecchia. The hotel is brilliantly located as it is 2 mins walk from Termini Station where the airport express train terminates and also trains run regularly from Termini to the port. Seeing the hotel from outside might be a bit shocking but u can easily get used to it.
The manager of the hotel came down personally to great us. He showed us around the room and gave us a local map explaining the whereabouts.
The room was very clean, spacious. With all the extras: Fridge, cooker, nespresso machine, TV, hairdryer. All the cutleries .

Everything. Great location right behind the Pantheon. The apartment was only a short walk from most tourist attractions, and very safe to walk to/ around late into the night. This hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Rome on foot. We didn't use any public transport whilst we were there, venturing as far as the Spanish Steps, the Colosseum, the Trastevere area and the Vatican City. We stayed here in February 2013 and our stay was great. The hotel was in a great location where we were able to walk to all attractions. The hotel is on a street where there is plenty of great restaurants and bars to relax in the evening before you head back.
The hotel room was large for Europe and the staff was very nice & helpful. The hotel is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building and has 4-5 private rooms. There is an elevator and they provide keys for access to the building.

The staff were beyond helpful and kind. Spoke clearly and had pre planned all possibilities, including a highlighted map and some fantastic affordable restaurant options which we went to and were superb! Comfortable beds and both rooms and bathroom were sparkling clean! Right in the shopping central but beautifully quiet. Cannot praise it highly enough!

Nice and cozy rooms with new modern furniture. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended very good restaurants in Rome and also helped us find some of the locations we wanted to visit. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking.
Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.
