Location, The room, the view from the balcony, the services, facilities- all were perfect . The hotel is very elegant and breakfast was extraordinary. The staff was amazing - Very helpful reception staff. Excellent breakfast. Quiet location but only 5 mins walk from centre of town. Roof top pool/terrace - stunning views.

The staff! They are beyond amazing. Viviana and her team goes out of her way to make our stay comfortable and make sure all our whims and wishes are met. We have the family room on the ground floor by the gardens and there's a jacuzzi right outside on our very own terrace area. The staffs even clean it again right in front of us when we just mention we will use it.

The hotel grounds were amazing, and the pools were cleaned everyday, the breakfast was great eggs and bacon and delicious cakes. And the staff were great. -

We were met at the reception by 'Gina' who was courteous and pleasant. We were offered a glass of proseco in the garden, taking in the view of Capri, while we waited for our room. The room had the wow factor and lived up to our expectations. The holiday just went uphill from there! Excellent Hotel. -

The staff at the Marincanto were just too amazing... Right from check-in .. To the lady who got the luggage to the room.. To the pool attendant Gianni ... To the front desk staff at check out...all super super hospitable..!! They went out of their way to make me feel at home..!!!
The location is perfect & just a short walk from the beach & shopping & restaurants ...
In short.... Total value for money...& I'm definitely staying at the Marincanto next time I'm in Positano..!

Hotel Bougainville was a fabulous ending to a 2 week stay in Italy. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were bright, spacious and clean. Location was great, not too far from the beach. Would defintetly stay here again!! - Marella, Simon and Luigi were so helpful - always went out of their way to help you. It felt like staying

The hotel is situated in the middle of the village, 5 min walk from the beach, in an oasis of trees, flowers and a small vegetable garden which supplies the Michelin star restaurant. Staff is very friendly and service minded. The restaurant is great! Breakfast at the terrace overlooking the garden and sea below. -
