- Exit at Valdichiana (about 90 km south of Florence).
- Continue in the direction of Perugia.
- After Perugia, join the E45 highway in the direction of Cesena.
- Exit in Valfabbrica-Ancona.
- After 3 km you will find Assisi-Petrignano.

From the South:
- Take the A1 motorway.
- Exit in Orte (about 70 km north of Rome).
- Join the E45 in the direction of Cesena.
- Then, as above.

Assisi - S. Maria degli Angeli train station and the airport of Perugia – S.Egidio are easily reachable in just a few minutes by taxi.
