Very pleasant and helpful staff in this very modern hotel. Rooms are well appointed if a little starkly white and black in decor. Nice modern clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Excellent location next to train station, and close to the beach and port for boats to Portofino. Great staff that helped with our plans for exploring Cinque Terre. il Nostromo is a great restaurant in the street infront of the hotel (Tuna Tartar for appetizer, Pistachio crusted fish for main course and Tiramisu for dessert - Best meal of the trip).

Good location. Easy access to train and buses. Large room, comfortable. Good food in restaurant for dinner and at breakfast. Very helpful staff. Computer available for guests.

Loved the views , private swimming platform and the price......should have stayed longer than 1 night.It was our cheapest accommodation in a month of travelling but the best position and views. - The staff where very helpful .They had great advice not at all for anything problem .The location was prefect . This Hotel own beach club is definatly great thing - city beaches is far and crowd. Also there a indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Staff is professional - almost everybody speaks at few languages. Excelsior have two resto and two bars - they are OK, selections of food and wine is enough for foodies and wine lovers. For me was a huge surprise - so

It was just perfect! A really luxurious hotel with it's own beach
which is located on the other side of road and you can get there using a
roofed-bridge. The food in Eden Roc restaurant was amazing! Usually when
abroad I prefer to eat in different places to try more and to see new
places, but here I was ready to have every dinner in Eden Roc:) Staff is

It was the best hotel we stayed at in Italy in terms of location, views, comfort, decor and value for money. The breakfast was also the best we experienced and the overall atmosphere was terrific. Rapallo is a great place to stay.

The garden for both breakfast and dinner was magical. Right opposite the
promenade you could walk everywhere... And catch the ferry across the
bays to cinque Terre, Portofino and St Margarite. Friendly staff who
could speak English plus other languages.very very comfortable rooms! I
will definitely make this my haven in Europe in future! -

The familiarity of the manager, the choice of the room that pleased usthe most, a better room for the same price because I asked for a bath inmy reservation form. - Room comfortable, we missed breakfast on first morning cos I did not allow for time change. Lovely clean rooms (my husband and I had one double room and my 80 year old parents a second double room). One room had a small balcony. The hotel was only a few minutes' walk from the town and the waterfront. Beautiful breakfast and very helpful reception staff. We could use the computer in a lounge to access emails from home. She delivered breakfast to our room (homemade croussants and much more) The rooms were so comfy newly renovated and decorated so nice. My favorite was the soft blankets and comfortable kink size beds also a large bathroom. Definate thumbs up!
