Hotel is located on very good place (City center 25 minutes by foot, metro 20 meters, nearby shops, fast foods, good restaurants). We were also very satisfied with hotel staff.
As a negative - we heard the noise of the side rooms/hallway.
The hotel offers good value for money. The rooms are simple but very clean. The hotel is slightly off the center but it is in a very calm and beautiful area with lots of shops, restaurants, etc.
The mattress was soft..but this of course is a personal preference.

A very poor hotel. You should pay for everything - wi-fi (3 euro), towel (1 euro ) and so on. May be it can be better to pay little bit more for better facilities. Read carefully information about this hotel. The street of this hotel is "interesting" too

The staff were very nice and they do speak English. The location is very convenient.
The quality of the room was rather poor.
I like the place there it is, because it was very close to the metro stop, and the hotel is in the begining of the longest shopping street buenos aires.
The room vas very dirty, you can see the dust everythere, the pillows was very thin, we even have not got normal duvet, just 2 bedsheets and duvet cover. Nobody came to make our bed and nobody changed our bed linen. Wifi costs 3 euros per day. And the hotel is not supplying you with any regular stuff like towels, bed linen...
the bed sheets were dirty and smelled really disgusting,there were spiders in the room,you have to pay 1euro for a towel and 3 euro for an adaptor
