The Hotel was excellent. Very well located (15meters from the boat station San Angello). Walking from there was a pleasure, and it is about 10 minute walk from San Marco plazza.
The service is really good and pleasant, and so was the breakfast.
Everything is clean, especially the bathroom. Well I just can advise you that hotel should you plan to

Πολύ ωραία θέση. Πολύ καθαρό ξενοδοχείο. - Our room (205) was fantastic, it this was on the recently modernisedside of the hotel and was a superior double. We loved that it was so easy to get to and from the Realto Bridge for arrivals and departures and for additional day trips... It was wonderful to be able to walk to and fro to San Marco's Square and despite the close proximity, the price was very reasonable.

The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt. I was initially a Venice sceptic but the magic of the place, and in particular this modern hotel, made it truly phenomenal.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, good standard of accommodation and well placed for the main sights. Easy to find and lovely restaurant downstairs. - Central location, helpful staff, nice interior decor relevant to the surrounding city, good breakfast, really good shower, free wi-fi that worked.

Excellent location close to St Mark’s square and in a lovely peaceful neighbourhood of Venice. We would definitely recommend this accommodation for the location alone, but the room was also big and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. There were no staff onsite but we didn’t find this to be a problem as the staff were very amenable over t

I enjoy leaving here since it very closed to Accademia varporetto, 10 minutes to San Marco, no worries for meal as you will surrounded with restaurants (a bit expensive for us). The room is big, private bathroom, and refrigerator. The cleaness also good, but for us the floor is a bit dusty.. overall is pleasant living there.

All that really matters is excellent: location, pleasant and competent staff, facilities, cleanliness. Breakfast was very good, but it`s main selling point is the terrace in which it is served - on top of the rooftop above the Grand Cannal with the most magnificent view.

This is a top notch hotel. Very nice rooms with nice big bathrooms. We received a room upgrade so I can't speak on a standard room. Our suite with adjoining rooms was, however, excellent++.
