  Staff were really nice and location is excellent. Easily accesable by car with free parking if you are lucky enough to find a spot in the street. Was clean and had a pleasant stay.   I was on the business trip and it was very important to me to recharge my battery after a hard day. The hotel offered an excellent breakfast with a good choice of food, including cooked, cold meats, fruit, cereals, breads. To our extremely pleasant surprise we were upgraded to an appartment on the top floor with a rooftop patio overlooking Rome. It was all absolutely fabulous. No complaints at all and would definitely recommend.

  The staff was very hospitable and friendly. We traveled with three small kids who tend not to be very quite at times and the staff took it all in stride. We had requested a roll away bed before we arrived only to find a pack and play in our room, we didn't say anything because or daughter just slept on the couch the first night but upon our arriv... τι λέει ο κόσμος » al back to our room the second day they had replaced the pack and play with the roll away with out is even asking. - We stayed for 4 nights in a suite, which was quite comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed having a kitchen and that the living room was big enough for our kid to play. The breakfast is quite adequate, we also enjoyed having a pool. The location is good with big garden very close and the tram station right at the entrance to the residence.

  Our stay was amazing! The room was way better than we expected and the staff was so friendly. The room was medium sized with a small kitchenette, nice bathroom and patio area. There is a supermarket down the street so you can make your own food if you wish. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the Termini Station and even closer to Repubblica. Location close to Roma Termini, also you can walk to main attractions in Rome. Safe, friendly neighbourhood - can walk around late at night with not a worry. Breakfast at the cafe a couple metres down was delicious.

  Comfy bed and great location - what more do you want from a city break? Really valued the fact our room backed on to a court yard and not a busy road, it meant we could sleep peacefully after a busy day looking at Rome's beautiful sites. It was very easy to get around the city from this location, the buses that stop opposite the entranc - This B&B is charming and the staff are great , they really are kind and helpful. But with a bus it's some good 15min away from the center area and it stops in front of the hotel.
