Additionally, there was an outstanding mall right next to the hotel with many stores and several restaurants and bars which was also very convenient. The hotel's sauna and gym facilities as well as the rooms are all 5 star quality!!! Bergamo is very close by!

The owners are a very cute and gentle couple. Very happy faces that makes you feel like home! In the wellcoming the lady served us a handmade cake very tasteful! Free parking which is great. Staff were helpful. Clean rooms with nice
bathroom and huge double shower. Convenient to stay if you have an
early/late flight to bergamo. Not as close to airport as some of
the others but cheaper rate and free parking makes up for it if you

The room was spotless and all fixtures and fittings were of a high standard. The breakfast was continental self service buffet style with plenty of choice. Clean rooms and friendly receptionist ! The extra knowledge of 'KALIMERA' (=Good morning) and 'KALISPERA' (=Good evening) turn out an ordinary check in - check out procedure in a really fun happening ! - helpfull staff, place for rental car, central dislocation

Everything about the hotel was so new and fresh we thought it had just opened when we stayed in Oct 08. We were told it was 4 years old. Super room, wonderful bathroom and great breakfast. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good...the shower and all the facilities worked well. The hotel was in a very good location for the lower city and I liked that we were in that area buut near enough to walk to the citti alta. We would come back to Hotel Arli again. The breakfast was excellent. -

We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite
overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked
the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo
and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The
location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic
views and nice little bars/restaurants.

I couldnt fault anything about this hotel, the staff, the service, the cleanliness and position were outstanding!! We arrved at 10 in morning expecting to wait till at least lunchtime for a room but had one immediately, and upgraded to a superior room!!!! Had a brilliant stay!! - The location regarding city centre, the old town plus enough parking
