  staff was cordial and helpful especially Carlos, Benjamin and Javier. I forgot to ask the lady's name and two other guys. The room was kept clean. We returned for 3 more nights after touring Florence and Venice. Hotel is Clean, with friendly staff who are always ready to help. Breakfast was of very good quality and of enough quantity. I liked my single room with private bathroom. Price is resasonable for the excellent location & Clean condition.

  We had informed the hotel of our early arrival, so they made sure that the room was ready when we got there at 11am, which was very convenient. The room was clean, but could do with some minor repair work, such as painting, a few holes in the bathroom etc., but it was nothing that bothe - They were very friendly, helpful and the breakfast was clean. They were very accommodating in getting us in last minute when the hotel I originally booked informed us that they had overbooked and had no room for us. The room was small but efficiant, beds comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of fresh pastry, coffee and fruit. We even ate some fresh grapes off of the vines in the garden. Location was close to the main train station and next to the street farmers mark

  for the price i've paid for the room , i did not expect nothing else but a simple place , i've got the single room with good size , it's a shared bathroom , but inside my room had a sink and a bidet , Also a balcony .   Everything was perfect! Really kind, friendly, helpful stuff. Nice comfortable room with everything what a tourist need. Hairdryer, Every day new towels, soap and shampoo and Clean The rooms every day. It is a 2 star hotel but better than some 3 star ones. Thank you for everything! - Staff , they were really kind.   Location to Loreto Metro was great - it's also near Central station but it's only two stops on the metro, so we didn't walk. Loreto has two metro lines so it's easy to get around Milan. Staff were really nice, breakfast was good, with cereal as well as sweets on offer. Our room was spacious and shower was good. They served us breakfast before time, since we had to leave early, on more than one occasion. The room and bathroom had all the basic necessities and toiletries needed for a good, budget-friendly stay for a few days. The location was good since it was close to a taxi stand, metro, restaurants and a supermarket.
