  Very nice and kind staff. Very well situated for bar/restaurants. Easy to reach city center with tram 14 - station Caneva in Piazza Carlo Caneva, 250 meters walk from Hotel going on Via Fratelli Salviori. A 24 hours ticket it's just 4,5 Euro - There's a supermarket just two blocks away, so you can buy a liter bottle of water for 40 cents, rather than paying €2,00 for a 250ml bottle. Bathroom is clean.

  First of all Milaan is a nice city to pay a short visit. People are friendly. More friendly then in other parts of Italy. The hotel was perfect. We payed 58€ for a night (babybed included). I have to say this is a 10/10 for money/quality. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. They are young and driven people who love their job. They have a nice garden (nice for our kid, 2 years old) and - Great location as very near to the metro stop and with quiet neighbourhood. Staff are friendly and helpful, esp. Paola, at the reception. Room is clean and bright. The hotel is small but cozy and comfortable, and provides everything we need. It is well maintained. The room I stayed was just renovated last year and gave fresh feeling. If next time to Milan again, wIll definitely consider this hotel again.

  We stayed at the hotel for Four nights.The staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful. On the day were supposed to leave Milan for London, there was a public strike which affected public transport. The elderly gentleman at the reception went out of his way, using his own car at no extra charge to drop us where we could get a shuttle bus to... τι λέει ο κόσμος » Malpensa airport. He called the number on display to ascertain if and when the bus would be coming ( helped as we would have struggled to put a sente - Excellent location for a meeting at Mico, an 8 minute stroll, snd only 100 feet to the number 1 Metro line that takes you to central Milan and the Duomo. I liked the clean room with a comfortable bed and windows that open wide to let in the air. A good breakfast and free wi-fi were also welcome. The staff was quite friendly and helpful in suggesting nearby restaurants and calling a taxi. Overall, this hotel is excellent. For someone who does not want or need a luxury hotel.

  we liked their hospitality and friendliness. The hotel staff was very helpful. They especially called a person knowing Indian Language(Hindi) so that we do not have any difficulty in communicating things. The breakfast was wholesome and specially the person (?forgetting name) who used to serve us tea and cappuccino. Otherwise fantastic!!! English language has been a plus for your customers.
