Conveniently located 100 metres walk behind the lake front medieval part of the town yet with its own parking.
Friendly but very efficient professional family feel staff with restaurant used by locals and guests giving a great atmosphere.

Excellent location set back from the town but just a five minute walk from the lake and the lovely village of Gravedona. Close to windsurfing at Domaso but also walking in the mountains and exploring the lake villages by boat. Only two boats a day but I liked that this made the town quiet with a local community. Excellent breakfast and friendly

Free wifi in the public area, free parking on the property, and most rooms with wonderful views of the lake and mountains from many rooms make this the best hotel in its price category that I have stayed in on Lake Como. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly.

We spent 4 days here on honeymoon- wish we could have stayed longer.
This was the perfect location, quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. With no other hotels in the area, it was very laid back, in contrast to nearby towns which were a bit touristy!

The owners were very friendly and courteous..when you asked for something it was never a problem. The room was spacious and beds very comfortable. The pool and spa area along with the rest of the hotel was absolutely spotless. Freshly served produce at both breakfast and dinner. Great view of the lake which is only a short stroll along the road. A true gem of a place...

Very large and comfortable rooms with great views of the lake and mountains. Our hosts were very helpful and recommended an excellent nearby restaurant for dinner. Breakfast included a nice range of savory and sweet food including local produce. When sunny we ate breakfast on the deck which was lovely. Location was good for exploring lake como

It's our one of best place during the vacation. Our family had wonderful time and very much enjoy to stay there. The location is perfect to visit Como Lake. The view from the balcony was fantastic, full equipment kitchen. The owner is very nice, friendly and helpful. We would like to come back again!!

Beautiful located Residence (200 m above Lake Como) with a marvelous view over the lake
which immediately gets you into the right “holiday mood” and lets you forget the narrow access road.
We booked for 2 weeks in apartment Serenita, a huge and very comfortable place to stay with the living room and large balcony facing the lake directly.

Fantastic location, once you've braved the narrow road up there! Gorgeous views. Pool looked fab, but too cold in April. My 11 year old daughter loved the hot tub (inside). Very good standard of furnishing, fixtures etc, and little touches like the wine, fruit basket and washing up liquid we're nice.

La Fonte di Marielle is about 7 km up in the hills from Gravedona. The location is wonderful and during summertime, the climate is more comfortable than down by the shores of Lake Como. All the rooms have private entrances and you can come and go as you please. There is parking by the house, but the last 100 metres from the road and up to the hous

I thought lovely location, high up hillside overlooking Lake Como. Sadly, as Easter, & only 2 nights - both cloudy/misty - so didn't get the benefit of the view !! Lovely village, 20 mins outside Gravedona, nothing there, but only 20 mins drive down to lots nice restauarants etc etc -

It was a pleasure to stay at Tullio Hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, with a nice view on the pool and the lake. No smell, no noise, very comfortable bed, good shower and good breakfast. Basically no any single disappointment, but only positive surprises. You will not regret it!!!!
After traveling around, we came to the conclusion that it was probably the best location for us, very quite with possibility to have a nice walk along the lake till the centre of Gravedona, from the neighbor

The hotel is located at the top of a short hill which gives some rooms a fantastic view over the lakes. The pool area is really nice with plenty of (free) sunbeds.
Rooms are spacious (especially corner rooms with lake view). Very clean.
