I really liked this hotel. It is very central and nestled in a lovely little square. The hotel is clean and rooms are serviced everyday. The owner is very helpful and recommended lots of things to see and do that my guide book didn't mention. I would recommend this hotel - it was central, economical, and clean.
Just one note about finding the hotel - the piazza the hotel is in is pedestrianised and cars can't access it. It's probably quicker and easier to walk to it (just ten minutes from the. όλα τα σχόλια »
The location is excellent! We were able to navigate the city with ease as you are close enough to the bus terminal, train station and harbor. Enrico, the manager/owner gave us wonderful dining suggestions. There are quite a few restaurants in that area and just around the corner are several shops with authentic Sardinian crafts. The room was quite comfortable and Enrico was available and willing to make our stay that much better.
Very central location, lovely rooms clean and looked new. the bathroom was the best we saw in 9 days of visiting sardinia. the hotel host was also very kind, he explained all the details and gave a map with tips on where to eat. very happy to have stayed here.
The mgr, Erico, was a star. Very helpful in suggestions for enjoyment of Cagliari. A real go-getter. When there was a problem with the WIFI he immediately arranged a free substitute in a nearby Internet cafe. Overall a good place.

Very kindly welcome, many helpful information from Enrico, he really tries to give you any information you need, nice clean room, uncomplicated service, B&B is near station and city centre.

It didn't bother me personally but there a couple of flights of stairs to the rooms (and no lift), which wouldn't be suitable for travellers with mobility issues.
The hotel also didn't mention on letsbookhotel.com that it supplied towels and a hair dryer - I took my own thinking that it might not have any but it did - that could have been an extra bikini in my luggage!.
The breakfast is small but typical of what Italians eat. Really, no complaints!.
- hotel has only a small sign next to door.. we walked around a few times before we could find it.
- there is not a reception area and we were lucky to get our room just as cleaning finished at 1pm. i dont know how others will manage to get there key since there is no one staffed at reception.
Slight tendency for small things to go wrong eg fridge did not work in
one room, incredibly thin room safe key inevitably broke in the lock
Rooms at front look over trendy square, a bit noisy at night.
breakfast in the cafe is an italian breakfast - just a coffee and a croissant...no fruits or anything else which was written on the voucher...
It was a little noisy at night as my room was directly facing a small courtyard with a restaurant which stayed opened till past midnight.
Bit difficult to find especially by car, lots of narrow, windy, one-way streets. Description of location using a few more markers e.g. the restaurant next door, ring bottom bell on arrival etc would be really helpful.

- bad smell in the bathroom
- no cleaning on sundays
- very complicated key-system.
