Beautiful, spacious, well equipped, comfortable room in a refurbished
17th century building. Our room looked over to a small garden and was
very quiet. Easy on-site car parking. Easy to find (just make sure you
put Emilia Ovest not Emilia Est into the gps!). Lucca, the manager was
extremely friendly and very helpful. There is a bus right the door

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was comfortable, quiet and well-equipped. The location suited us, and we had no difficulty in walking into the centre of Parma each day to explore the sights. The proprietor, Luca, was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

The location was fantastic - walking distance to all Parma's attractions plus between 2 of Parma's main shopping streets. The room (suite) was huge with a great bathroom and a small kitcnette. The coffee shop in the ground floor was one of the best in Parma. The young staff/owners couldn't have been more helpful. Be sure to watch the you-tube vide

It was our first visit to Parma and we really enjoyed our stay. The location of Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati is perfect.
Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful.
My husband left some favourite clothing behind when we left Parma. Vittorio emailed us and then arranged for a courier to deliver it to us in Rome.
We will definitely stay at Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati on our next visit to Parma.

The location is very good. The staff is great, very informative and helpful. The manager, in particular, gives outstanding customer service. The standing shower was wonderful. The rooms include a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom, all a good size. A very good value. Would stay there again. -

Absolutely, the best value for the money. We had a very, very large room. Everything was so nice there and the bed was so comfortable that we way overslept! Elizabetta is a very great hostess! She waited very long for us to show up! The house does not look like much from the road but it is absolutely gorgeous inside! Breakfast was great! -

We liked the proximity to Sabbioneta, what a great place to visit. The wifi reception in our studio room was excellent and we found the staff pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast was extremely good and very plentiful. -
The welcoming staff and the general friendliness of the hotel.
Ideal for touring with family.
