  Everthing! This is the best hotel we have stayed at in italy! The ammenaties are top of the line,very contemporary,very beautiful,very modern, the desciption online did not do it justice! - Very modern and comfortable hotel for me, I advise to choose it.

  The location was fantastic - walking distance to all Parma's attractions plus between 2 of Parma's main shopping streets. The room (suite) was huge with a great bathroom and a small kitcnette. The coffee shop in the ground floor was one of the best in Parma. The young staff/owners couldn't have been more helpful. Be sure to watch the you-tube vide... τι λέει ο κόσμος » o of how to get to the hotel as it is in the middle of the large pedestrian zone of Parma (loved the quiet street outside!!) - It was our first visit to Parma and we really enjoyed our stay. The location of Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati is perfect. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful. My husband left some favourite clothing behind when we left Parma. Vittorio emailed us and then arranged for a courier to deliver it to us in Rome. We will definitely stay at Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati on our next visit to Parma.

  A very nice Hotel, with spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and clean.The staff are really professionals.Breakfast is one of the best we ever had.The area is very peaceful and you can really relax.Perfect value for money!!! - Very nice room, well maintained. Very quiet in the weekend as most congresses take place in the week.

  The price/quality ratio was excellent if considering a special offer price. Normal price is too high for the hotel standard. The hotel facilities are great, the restaurant has very good level. Rooms are confortable and parking is free. Staff provided good touristic information about the surroundings area.
