Staff were most friendly from trying to locate a phone charger for me tobringing ice to the room. The apartment was perfect for my family of three! After putting my daughter to bed, my husband and I could still relax and enjoy an evening in the living room rather than hiding from her view in the bathroom. We absolutely loved the location. So close to shopping, city sights and the bus station. We also loved the size of our apartment. Our daughter is living in Galway and we were able to entertain 7 of her friends. She was also able to stay with us for the duration of our stay. The free parking garage was wonderful also as we rented a car for 3 days and didn't have to worry about parking. Last but not least, the view of the city and Galway Bay was spectacular!

The staff were amazing, so friendly and really helpful running up to the weekend we were staying there. Eamonn was helpful and gave us good advice on where to in Galway.
The rooms were spacious and clean, very comfortable and the location was excellent. It was just off Eyre Square so everything was a stones throw away.

Galway is incredible. Eyre Square Townhouse is a fantastic value with an incredible location that our group enjoyed tremendously. It was our only accommodation in Ireland that provided everything as promised, with a central location to boot.
Chris and Eamonn at the front desk were both fantastically polite and helpful.

Firstly the location is ideal for a city break, walking distance to all the top restaurants and pubs. The hotel staff both in hotel and bar were the one of the best I have experienced in my travels. Great position, good quality accommodation attached to character pub right in Eyre Square in the heart of the attractive and vibrant city of Galway. Fabulous breakfast - individually cooked (instead of withering in a buffet) and served in a lovely room over the old pub. Pleasant friendly staff.

I had mistakenly booked the wrong date online. However the staff were fantastic about it and simply changed the reservation. Very large, clean and comfortable room. We stayed for the whole weekend with 2 kids both under 2. The room was very clean that we could let the youngest crawl round the floors without fear. 1st morning we had breakfast in our room 2 members of staff came with it, they were very polite. A beautiful and clean house - the room was pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful - apart from a full Irish breakfast freshly made from the kitchen, there was also ample choices of fruit, cereal, juice etc to add to that.
The place was also close to the city. So you'd get a b&b experience without having to go far out from the city.
