Our stay was fantastic, the villa had a tremendous view on the bali sea
and the Gili island. The food is very good and not so expensive compare
to other hotel in Bali. This hotel is a real 5 five stars hotel with

The ala carte breakfast is a plus plus as it is inclusive in the room
rate. The breakfast quality is definitely up to scale and on par with
the western standard. I enjoy fantastic omelet and eggs Benedict with

My teenage daughters, my 7 yr old son and I stayed recently for 5 nights and wished we never had to leave. We had two ocean front rooms one upstairs and one down, both were just beautiful. The food was wonderful the spa amazing. Lying having your treatment with the sound of the ocean in your ears was heaven. We all agreed it was our favourite resort of our holiday. An absolutely amazing hotel! The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and provided great service. They knew us by our first names which gave it an intimate feeling and when the manager discovered we were extremely sore as we had just returned from Rinjani trek, he offered us an extras at their spa temple on top of the massage we had

The level of attention to detail in this place is astounding, it is very beautiful and you really do feel faaaaaar away from reality.
Everything is on your terms. No waking up early for breakfast - you decide when you want it, where you want it and what you want. Relaxation to the max.
Ridiculously romantic.
The staff are always very friendly and very helpful. You get the impression that they really do enjoy what they do.

The hotel is an older established complex with lush tranquil gardens. If you are after something modern then book elsewhere. Great spot to relax. Every single interaction with the Sheraton staff was a pleasant experience. They were all so friendly and positive. the swimming pool was the best we have ever seen: like something out of a movie. We felt like movie stars lying beside the gorgeous pool. The private beach was lovely to stroll on, no hawkers. Happy hour in the Sunset Bar daily was great value and a lovely setting. And the gardens were Devine.

We had an absolute amazing honeymoon there and would highly recommend this beautiful villas to other travelers. The stuff was super friendly, the villas are big and comfy and the breakfast service is just an additional plus.
Make sure you cycle 3 minutes down the road and watch the sunset on "sunset beach", one of the highlights of our stay.

We loved the range of facilities that were available. From the clean private beach, luxurious pool, games, turtle hatchery, pony stable and dive center.

This resort is at the top of the island which while is about a 20 min walk into the town which is very dark at night ( take a torch), it does have the best snorkelling spot from the beach outside the hotel. We initially booked 2 nights but liked it so much we booked 2 additional nights. The staff is really nice, breakfast delicious, 4-5pm there is tea time with a delicious snack, the pool was great, beach also. Free beach beds, bikes to drive to the center and free towels. We loved the fact that is was a 5-10 min bike ride to the 'center', where all restaurants are. Tip for a good Italian place is Blu d'mare and a little bit more expensive but also great is Ko-Ko-Mo.

We managed to arrive a day earlier than our booking, but this wasn't a problem for the super friendly staff. Rooms are big and spacious with excellent bathroom. Clean as well. Breakfast is cooked well and never slow in service. Scott the owner was super helpful in sorting out maps, bikes and generally the whole place was super chilled. Perfect for
