  The hotel is beautiful and Very quiet and peaceful. The spa was amazing our massages were well priced and well executed. Service was excellent they even paid for our horse carriage from the boat to the hotel.   A rather rustic place. Staff were friendly, always smiling. The villa is not at the town centre (which is good because the town can get noisy at night),it is slightly further in and takes about 20 minutes to get there by foot. The villa provides bicycles and you can opt for this instead of walking. Alrernatively you can also hire a cidomo(horse ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » cart). We walked mostly as we could take our time and enjoy the view along the way. Just remember to take the flashlight with you because its quite da - Loved the villa, the privacy and the peace and quiet. Ten minutes walk or cycle from the bars and restaurants, yet everything was available to you if you just wanted to stay home, and the villa was more than inviting for you to do just that. We stayed here in the last week of our two week trip (Bali first) and we really wished we had had our two weeks at Les Villas Ottalia. We will definitely be back.

  The really like the localization in front of the beach and that you don´t need the key to open the room door. In fact, the guest can open the open the door using their fingers. It really great. The breakfast on the beach was good: banana pancake or eggs or sandiwich, juice and coffee. It is 15 minutes far from the Harbour. No pool but the beach is right across from the hotel. The restaurant Mawar next to Good Heart is the best place to eat, all we had was superb. I would recommend Good Heart to everyone going to Trawangan!
