As a 40+ solo traveller I enjoyed the comforts provided by Kaluku Bungalow including the king bed, air conditioning, and private outdoor shower and toilet which was beautifully designed with natural slate and stone. There are only a handful of bungalows available at Kaluku and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the banana pancakes

The bungalow is clean and nice. It is on the beach as all hotels on Gili island are. The shower and toilet are under the sky;) Breakfast is simple but nice. It's better to go to other places to swim and lay on the beach as there is no actually beach in front of the hotel and the sea is not deep enough. The island is perfect, it's like paradise!

We loved our time here, the resort is right on the beach and right by the restaurants. Gili Air is far quieter than Gili T so this is no problem at all as everything winds down by 11. The pool is divine and snorkelling is on your doorstep. The accommodation was unique and we enjoyed the 2 story villa. Very relaxing and very required after Gili T!

Very friendly and serviceminded staff. Really helpfull and English well spoken. Spacious and clean rooms. Perfect location, quiet but still close to the mainstreet and the beach. Very pleasant surroundings and well kept garden. Will stay here again next time for sure. -

This accommodation was ideal, restaurant on the beach, at high tide the waves lapped at our feet. A experience not possible at any other beach front resort I have been before. The resort was very close to the action and party area of the island, but far enough away to be very quite and relaxing. We didn't need to leave the resort if didn't want to

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which is large, nicely laid out and well
fitted out. Great if you want a private base for your activities but it
isn't a communal style resort, you'll barely see other guests
when you're there. The included breakfast at the Restaurant was the
best we had in Indonesia, very good. Note the letsbookhotel.com map location
is wrong, the resort is actually 1 km south of the main wharf.

This resort is at the top of the island which while is about a 20 min walk into the town which is very dark at night ( take a torch), it does have the best snorkelling spot from the beach outside the hotel. The water was beautiful and clear and many many fish. We saw & swam with sea turtles just down a bit at coral beach. Walk up the beach a b

We initially booked 2 nights but liked it so much we booked 2 additional nights. The staff is really nice, breakfast delicious, 4-5pm there is tea time with a delicious snack, the pool was great, beach also. Free beach beds, bikes to drive to the center and free towels. We loved the fact that is was a 5-10 min bike ride to the 'center', where all restaurants are. Tip for a good Italian place is Blu d'mare and a little bit more expensive but also great is Ko-Ko-Mo.

Friendly staff, amazing food and the perfect quiet location!
Located in a beautiful spot away from all the noise, but only a five minute walk to the main restaurants and bars. Kokomo was just amazing and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to my friends and family and hope we have the chance to stay there again. -

Staff were very helpfull and friendly. The diving was extremely well organised with equipment standards rating very high. The breakfast choices were great and always fresh. I would highly recommend staying here for the dive package/courses and central location with brilliant food and welcoming staff. -

I loved our hut with an open bathroom situated in a coconut park, delicious pancakes with a lovely view on the beach and tranquility around the place. Perfect for a proper chill out. The staff was very eager to help and show treasures of the coral reef. It's a big YES! :) -

We stayed in the 2 bedroomvilla with airco. 1 kingsize bedroom. 1 twin bedroom. Very clean. Huge rooms. Loungeset and table with chairs on the balcony.Also 2 large ventilators on the ceiling outside. Perfect location. Hire bikes on site and 5 minute ride to the busy
harbour area. Nice beach out front and good supply of beach deckchairs
in dedicated Bale Sampan. Turtles every day out front. Staff are like a
family. Food is cheap and of highest quality. Bungalows are ultra
spacious and clean. The chant of prayer from the mosque, is in my
opinion

My girlfriend and I stayed at Bale Sampan for 3 days after trekking up
Mount Rijani in Lombok. Our fist impression was that the hotel was
charming would be quiet, exactly what we were looking for. Check in was
quick and easy and we were immpressed by the cleanliness and layout of
the room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large enough for
two people to maneuver without stepping on each other.
After talking with other people about their hotels on Gili T it seems to me that Bale Sampa

This hotel is quiet, nice if you want to transit to Bangsal Harbor to go to Gili.
And this hotel very near to the beach, very quiet beach, love it so much.
They provide cars from hotel to Bangsal Harbor with cheap prices. I like it, and willing to stay if went to Lombok again. -
