Great location. Rooms are clean. House keeping staff act quite fast.

The swimming pool is like a fishing pond. Breakfast was disappointed. Limited choices and I have the same menu for 3 days. Replenishment of food was very very slow. Some staff do not understand English well. Bath towel is no longer in white color.

It's very good location. Just a 5 minits walk to the beach. And all the good restaurant , mall in walking distance. Over all we find this hotel is in good location.

Bellboy and driver Made: so kind, so helpful. I would stay at this hotel again just to have him taking care of everything for us again.

For our bad lucky the hotel was in manteinance: too noisy, days with no water and no swimming pool on the top, but the price was still the same, no discount for the inconvenient. But I m sure its not usual.

All is Ok! Between beach and Legion street, also I can rent a car for 20 usd and use free parking!

I so impress with this hotel. No doubt it is a small hotel but the environment there feel like a five star hotel. Staff is friendly and very helpful. service is superb!! room smell so good and clean. Very conveniently located. Will definitely stay here again and keep on recommend this hotel.

Stuff helpful, restaurants, stores, beach close by.

Room close to kitchen and breakfast area, thus lots of noise late at night and early in the morning (but room was cheap). Google maps claims the hotel is located near to Jimbaran beach, but in fact it is close to Kuta beach.

The place was very close to heart of Kuta with walking distance to main areas. 3 mins walk to breezy beach, right in front of row of souvenir and massage centres. 5 mins walk to Sogo Mall (Discovery Mall). The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staffs are helpful as they manage to quickly allow me to change the date. Overall was a memorable stay.

Not much of vegetarian food selection for breakfast except bread and normal fruits. The LAN connection port of room 108 was malfunction, lucky wifi was working.

The place is in an excellent location, very close to excellent resteraunts and Kuta Sq. The beach is only a 10 min stroll away. The staff were of a excellent quality, with a smiling face and helpful attitude. The breakfast was very good. Good variety, with European and Asian dishes with a egg station.The room was very comfortable with good storage, and roomy. Bath in the ensuite. Wifi was acceptable. Safe parking under hotel. I travel to Bali many times per year and will definitely stay here again

The bed is very comfortable and clean. Toilet facilities and it's location is very close to shops and is 5-10 mins walk to the kuta beach.

Location Rooms are fine but on lobby level noisy because restaurant is just in front. Staff friendly and helpful Place for massage on left side of hotel 1min walk was the best I found. Taxi to airport runner by taximeter 20k when from airport is fixed rate of 120k!

To receive a call from reception at 5:50 in morning to tell me room price for extra night because they didn't had that information when I came hotel in evening! Could have waited for a decent time!

The staff very helpful the location is in centre very easy to walk around the town. Only 5 to 10 minit away from kuta beach and Discovery Mall and the water bom is just opposite the Discovery Mall.

The Hotel is walking distance to Kuta Beach, lots of option for restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpful also quick action to Guests' demands.

The swimming pool supposed on the top floor or do not close to the restaurant.

+ Even in this country, where the staff is always polite, the staff of this hotel is top of the top + Finally a hotel where you can small talk to the personnel because they not just know the words they need to know + twin beds are huge as double beds

- It is in big international standart hotel, with not very much indonesien flair - The twin bed rooms are on the inside, which means NO DAYLIGHT! - Even on low power, the A.C. blows on the beds (via a gap under the ceiling). Guess my ma got there her sniff, but not sure. ;-)

Continued stay from 2 nights to 9 nights. Great place to work, good wired Internet connection. Comfortable rooms. Quiet. Tasty food.

Area has a lot of traffic and often drunken Australian men carousing around at night not far from the hotel.

Perfectly located for shopping, shopping, massage, shopping, shopping, eating, shopping, shopping, tattoos, shopping, shopping... and, Discovery Mall, Kuta Square, Matahari Dept Store are all within a minutes walk. Poppies Lane is 5 minutes walk away - (until you get to know the back streets). Not once did I feel unsafe in this area - and many times I was on my own.

Reno's are in progress - putting a rooftop pool in. Didnt bother me however, I was out shopping and when I got back.. all was quiet. (So until that pool is completed there is a very delightful, decent size Lap Pool)

My rating is based on the rooms rather than the entire hotel. The rooms are very nice with wired Internet, coffee/tea, mini-bar/fridge, safe, good closet space, TV with many channels, comfortable bed, hairdryer. Wired Internet only in the rooms. WiFi in public areas. Both are excellent, fast, reliable. I stayed 3 nights in a Superior room - these are on ground floor. Nice room with terrace (wall about 10ft from edge of the building) but a bit dark like a cave and AC was too cold for me. I moved to a Deluxe room on 2nd floor, a large room with same facilities as the Superior except no balcony/terrace, but with big windows allowing the sun to come in and be more pleasant and bright. Window can be opened. Both rooms pretty quiet although can hear a little TV from adjacent rooms. I've eaten two meals in the Royal 18 cafe. Both quite good. I particularly liked the Mediterranean sandwich. I did not take breakfast at the hotel. It looks good with a nice selection. Plenty of spas, restaurants and shopping just outside the hotel. This is in the middle of Kuta, near the beach, so quite a busy and noisy place once outside the hotel. Staff are quite helpful and friendly. I expect that anywhere in Bali after traveling here since 1990!

Not really any complaint. Towels a bit gray but clean. In middle October 2013 there is still construction of upper floors, so some noise during the day. Pool is currently quite small and on ground floor so if you need a nice pool or place for the sun at the hotel, should wait until the rooftop pool is completed. Lobby & public areas furniture looks pretty new but is already a bit stained from sloppy guests!

friendly staff, located near kuta square, rooms are neat, very good breakfast, free water refill

we asked to change reservation (moving 2 out of the 3 days a couple of days back) - they declined pointing out being booked that time... but when we checked plenty of rooms where available... so no flexibility here.... the "land and sea BBQ" is just a BBQ right next to the main street..... pool is pretty small... thin walls...

A very nice hotel in the city center! Very friendly stuff and nice room. We arrived late and all rooms with our category were full, but they gave us a room one category higher with the same price. Breakfast is good :)

The staff were very nice. the room and bed were comfortable and everything one would need. Close to most things that would interest a tourist in Kuta or Legian.
