Good location(middle of kuta beach and Legian for party) and very calm even on night. Lot of shops restaurants bars.. Awesome for twin bed (sharing price). One of the best in the area for this price. Young people around. The pool was great, breakfast was ok, hotel room was nice and clean, location was great: so close to everything but still very quiet (we visited in October which was the quiet season anyway).

Safety is good within the hotel area. When I go out leaving my room unlock for housekeeping. After doing my shopping and returned my room and found nothing missing. The service was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful & courteous! The architecture of the building was very beautiful. Very happy to have stayed there. I like everythink in this hotel.The beach,shopping,dance near hotel.Bali Sandy guiet hotel with beautiful view,kind staff and good location!. all of the staff are realy friendly! The room is very clean and comfortable. One of my favourite place to stay with my fellas. The food was always good Rooms were clean, even though they looked old. The ladies offering massages by the pool were lovely. very good staff,very good breakfast,clean pool will soon visit again thank you for great stay bali sandy resort. The staff were very helpful and polite and more than willing to assist you with any queries. The location is central to the beach, access to poppies one and two and beachwalk, we also found it to be rather quiet, considering it was schoolies week, so that was a bonus!. The staff were very polite. The Balinese are a lovely people and always come across as humble. The location of the Hotel was like an oasis in the middle of an urban hot pot. It is a 3 star hotel and the facilities are adequate. but it is fairly good value for money. The pool is alright if you are able to get 1 of the 10 sunbeds.Rooms are big enough but simple.Nice to have a balcony. The location. Shops close by. Cheap. Terrace and swimmingpool very nice. The pool looked nice, did not stay long enough to find any more good points. Absolutely nothing. Completely felt ripped off not happy at all. 24 hours pool!. not much. Dirty pool(but who's using it in Bali..). breakfast was simple but fine. AC not that cold but just always close the doors. A/C leaked water all over the floor and my backpack got wet.. My bag got stolen in the front of the hotel so be carful when you go back at night time (but this can happen anywhere, not only in Kuta). The bathroom was not always nice but it wasnt that bad. The swimming pool water filtration require to check/maintain PH value at all time. The bar staff needed a little more experience regarding cocktails. And the bath/shower facility was a little sub-par. We had a tour arranged by the security man, but no with the company we asked for. Wi-fi not available in rooms, only in restaurant, and we had to ask it to be turned on a couple of times. Its not as flash as its made out to be on the internet, no safes in the rooms (there is one at the front office for each room though so not a big problem) and we were meant to have a flat screen but was an old school tele, as you can read these aren't bad things overall was a great stay just a coupe of little hiccups!. The free wifi didnt work properly or at all and reception had no understanding of what to do when asked questions, took a long time to explain the problems. Bathroom dirty, broken or poor Ants problem after changing room to premium. The bathroom needs to be updated, but everything worked fine, just not visually pleasing. The room we had was old and the aircon took a long time to start working. We woke up constantly through the night because of the heat. The bathrooms need a little work as they leak. No fridge in the room Breakfast a bit lacking. No fridge Average mattress Shower holder at a better height. breakfast was average but we ate out most mornings. frozen butter for the toast. The breakfast was rather poor, the hot food was always tepid and very basic for choice. The rooms could do with a makeover, especially the bathroom. Don't have a shower first thing in the morning as there is no water pressure and make sure you ask them to change your sheets, we were there ten days and had the same sheets the whole time. There is no fridge in the rooms and no safe, a necessity if you ask me. Although the hotel was clean, it is in need of desperate refurbishment. Our first room had a leak from the toilet pan (no pun intended) which when flushed poured water etc across the floor. the hot tap was missing from the sink and the bathroom door was falling apart. We obviously complained and demanded a new room which they duly did without any fuss. This was much better but could still do with a lick of paint. Basic continental breakfast buffet with muddy coffee.Awfull,too loud heavy metal music at the pool which you also hear in the room.When i asked if it would be possible to turn down the volume and change the music they did but later it was back on again. Staff is not very helpful. Room and bathroom dirty. Gym would make the stay perfect!. - dirty, poor bathrooms - ants problem in Premium room - everyday same breakfast. Due to the small nature of the hotel, when busy and other guests aren't quite so thoughtful of others.. You can hear everything. Security wasn't so good at keeping the noise down either .. No fridge either which I wasn't too pleased about as it said one would be supplied with the booking.. I wanted a non smoking room.. I got one but was placed between two smoking rooms.. Which meant every night and morning the stench of cigarette smoke filtered through me balcony door.. The Taste of Food is Poor. Toilet didn't work, air-con didn't work, only a place to throw your bags. aircondition. Cleanliness in room is bad, dirty bed linen, Many insects in the room, there is no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast is bad, no choice of meal. My room was next door to a worksite where they were in the process of refurbishing an adjacent room during business hours. The toilet was faulty and the bathroom locked itself while I was out thankfully. The chlorine in the pool stained my swimming trunks and some of the staff had great difficulty understanding basic rudimentary English much to my frustration at times. old fashion hotel, very dirty bathroom (we refuse to use it!!!). dont´ spend more than night in this hotel. Swimming pool has algae growing in it. Beds very hard. No hot water for two days. Sent to another hotel for two nights. Ensuite has a fair bit of mould growing in grout between tiles. Very basic breakfast. No safes fridges in rooms. WIFI not always working. People pushy arogrant no spirits provide at motel food same every day had to ask for coffee milk for room was told to change rooms on our second last night there would not ever go back. Mouse in hotel!!!. Please check for me. They ask me to pay the fee via credit card. The American express card I used during booking can't be used as payment. Please confirm this. I dont like this hotel because the area not suitable to tourist..the street to the hotel very dark and feel dangerous if walk alone.the most unlucky it was rainy day and the street float so we need to walk through the dirty water..the breakfast was bad..the same food everyday. Smell, the room smelled like mildew, actually kept us awake. I am short and the hand held shower came to my chest. I like staying in town amongst it all, however in quiet part of poppys 2 and long dark alley off poppys, I would not feel comfortable walking it at night. Rooms look nothing like the photo in booking. I asked for a better room and was told this was there best room. We left within hours even though paid for two days. Nothing about the resort was presented in the web site, rooms were dirty, no service, took forever to get towels for the pool. In fact I would like a complete refund to my credit/debit card it was that bad I had to ask to change rooms. Very very disapointed.The pool was stagnant and not flowing and no bar staff were ever present to get drinks from. L will be adding this review . The Hotel is not in the location shown at the booking map. It's next to Dekuta hotel.Breakfast is very poor, and the rooms are very very noisy!!!Thin Walls. Dirty swimming pool with cloudy water. Terrible breakfast. After 5 nights had to ask for sheets to be changed and that was the only time they were changed in 11 nights. Had to put towel over the floor drain and plugs in the bath and hand basin to stop the foul smell. Couldn't get our money back or would have left. Would not recommend. Most aspects, except the managers resolution to our issues and problems. 1st room very smelly, 2nd room water leak everywhere in bathroom, someone tried getting into my bedroom about 11pm. Wi-fi wouldn't work, I felt very unsafe. Staff spoke poor English didn't understand my concerns. I only stayed 1 night and had to pay for new accommodation, not happy at all. Had to wait way past book in time for my room to be ready.
