We came just for shopping, stayed one night. We choosed hotel for its design. Also cheap hotel can be interesting and well done. It was quite clean, small local and tasty breakfast was included as a complimentary. In room was shampoo and soap. Staff was perfect, no. 1. Do not expect any romantic hotel, hotel is good for young travelers, young couples. Hotel is joined to shopping mall, good for easy shopping and eating.

Suit for the budget. the interior design. i like the concept. Room comfort. The hotel is located conveniently next to the Festival City Link shopping mall that has basically everything you need except a money changer. There is a food court at 3rd floor which has more foods option. In addition, there is a huge supermarket called Lotte Mart where you can shop for breads; cup noodle; snacks & etc. It is safe to stay here because it requires your room key to activate the lift and it only allows you to go to the floor where your room is. The room has a safe for you to l. the room design. creative even though some of the friend in group said it is like back to preschool time. Wifi is excellent, the room is fair with good hot shower, cute version of hotel. I like the room, I like the location and also I like the food. I love the bed, it is very comfort expecially the comforter. Staff friendly,helpful..it,s conviniece to shopping archade. Attached to mall, compact room design and practical. we love your design and place location. Simple n nice room Value for money. The mattres , shower and TV. Room comfort and friendly. Next to shopping mall, just go next door if need something. Thanks for everything u guys did for clients.Keep it up!:). The location and the bed are comfortable ... You can hear what your neighbours are talking about. And view we had - to a building and aircondition constraction. But as I said, we came just for shopping. We did not care so much about any romance. Only 1 door card key was provided but the rest was superb. Nothing. The vending machine is only for Coke and must buy voucher to use it, No convenience store in hotel surrounding area. 1. Dont have a space for prayer in room. Tiada almari dlm bilik & kemudahan teksi/pengangkutan agak merumitkan sikit. small room, no tooth set, very small bath room (bathroom like at aeroplane..hahaha...but nice concept), small lift, short rooftop. Far from factory outlet and another famous places in bandung. Only 1 simple breakfast (rice) & coffee/tea. No good option to arrange package tours but OK to rent a driver for the next day. No smoking room. Breakfast does not taste good. the room got cigarettes smell. i dont like the staff.. None, everything is OK. Refilling drinking water can be quite trouble because there is only one water dispenser at the lobby. It will be best if they can provide one on each floor, so that we don't have to ask the hotel staff to activate the lift for us every time after you get your water refill from the lobby as the hotel only provide one room key. The room has no hair dryer and slippers. Extra item like pillow, towel, etc will be charged, so ask before you request it. no intercom in the room cause communication breakdown between the group. I did not like the fact the room is a bit small and i need to perform my prayer on bed. Not easy to find taxi. The quick bite..they should at least change the menu, such as bread instead of rice everyday. A bit (only)noise made by others guest. Limited convenient form of public transport to Northern area... there is no wardrobe for us to keep our clothing safely. No cattle for hot water , ( drinking) No xtra room card. We had a water leakage near the shower. Room without general facility such as iron, telephone the KIBLAT direction confuse me. It has No Smoking Sign, but cigarette smell is quite strong in the room. far from attractions places. Bathroom are poor, like public toilet, no hot water, and no telephone in the room...
