All the staff without exception were extrimely attentive and polite. All questions were answered and all requests met. Despite not so oppulent external appearance, the entire hotel's interior was magical, enstilling harmony and peace. Very comfortable rooms and a good choice of restaurants. Staff - in every function - is extremely polite and helpfull.

The pleasantness of your staff especially during the breakfast on the 2nd floor. For the guys nothing was trouble. They would go out of their way to make sure that we were attended to. Thanks to the wonderful Mr. Kashish who was so professional and warm and of course the others as well. -

Excellent hotel inside, outside is not good but then nowhere outside in Delhi is very good. Don't be put off by the outside appearence of the hotel--when you go inside it's a transformation. First thing you need to decide whether you need to stay in main bazza or not. We stayed there but on second thought we don't have to because the advantage of main bazza is that it's close to new delhi railway station, while we arrive delhi in the old delhi station and we leave delhi by plane. If you need to stay in main bazza, then this is a good

good locatation close to the New Delhi train station and they have a new building beside the old one but still under painting that it's a little smelly but decorated much better, much modern, may next time ... the old building is old and simply with a little noisy, but top floor is the restaurant and taste good and all the people are very nice & friendly
