Judit, who checked me in, was very generous with city information, suggestions and directions. She should be commended. The staff in general are all attentive and client oriented. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive and tasty. - It was fabulous! We really enjoyed ourseves. The hotel is really stylish.

Loved the hotel, clean, warm, friendly, excellent value for money, sort walk up the oppisite road takes you to the metro, where you buy a 24 hour ticket for little money, this allows you to use the tram, metro and buses all day, brilliant. Facilities includes sauna, indoor swimming pool and jacuzi.These can make you relaxed after long-hour walks.I strongly recommend this hotel.

Fabulous Hotel. Staff extremely helpful. Rooms spotless. In an excellent location 5 minutes walk from the Opera House, 5 minutes to main shopping area. Perfect for a family of six. We were traveling with grandparents and two
children. 1 and 1/2 baths, two bedrooms with double beds, and a
living room. Very nice kitchen. The apartment was nicely prepared for
us, with living room fold out couch already prepared for our children.
The grandparents had a nice place to hang out while we toured around.

It's the second time we've stayed there in a short while. As we went to Croatia by car, we stopped in Budapest going and coming back. After the first experience in the hotel, we wanted to return. We booked a larger suite (silver) and when we got there they upgraded us to a gold suite free of charge. That's an upgrade from a 200 euro room to a 500 e
