I can't recall staying in a better city centre hotel than this and all at a very reasonable price. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for them. We loved everything about the hotel.We upgraded our room and stayed in a wonderful junior suite on the fifth floor.It was quiet,clean,big and the bathroom had a walk in shower and a jacuzzi.Plenty of closet space and a great bed.The staff was polite and very helpful.They spoke excellent English.They booked restaurants,massages and ordered taxis.I would defenitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.We also liked its situation,district 8.we walked everywhere.Good job!!!

Location is good: subway station, tram station in front of the hotel. Currency exchange office at the corner. Location is good (close to subway and railway station as well as to the main attractions and sightseeing routs), staff is also not bad, but we've got wrong tip on how to get to the funicular and were advised to buy tickets for hop-on/hop-off bus, but with no mentioning of the fact that price in hotel is higher than regular (and it's really weird even for Budapest). I loved everything about the Opera Gardens Hotel. Rooftop terrace was lovely to relax in after a day's sightseeing, and there was an honesty bar, so you could enjoy a beer or glass of wine and the rooftop view.
Sangria each evening in the hotel lobby for you to grab a glass on your way back up to your room.

This apartment was delightful. We had just come from a shabby place in Vienna to Fraser and realized immediately this was in a different class (with a better price). From the time that we arrived, everything went smoothly at the Fraser
Residence. The staff were always attentive if anything was needed. Two
different metro stops were close by so it made it easy to get to the
center of town. Wifi and internet worked wonderfully well the entire

Great place. Great location. Nice access to the city with Szeczeny spa just across the park. The place was clean and stuff was very helpfull. Everything in the hotel is still very new. The location of the hotel is just perfect - it is one block away from
Hero Square and the metro station that takes you directly to the city
centre. The room was spacious and with a really nice design, the bed was
comfortable and big. Everything was very clean and had a nice smell. The
bathroom was very nice as well, with a big shower. We parked the car on
the pavement in the street near the hotel, which was for free (at least
during weekend), so we didn't have any expenses with the parking.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν 30τετραγωνικα ,πεντακάθαρο ,ήσυχο και άνετο.
Το πρωινό ήταν καταπληκτικό Και μέχρι τις 11.00. ότι ζητήσαμε από το προσωπικό αμέσως μας εξυπηρέτησαν. Το μετρο είναι 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια και στάση λεοφωρείου έχει ακριβώς από πίσω. - Βρισκεται πολυ κο

The hotel is located very conveniently in the heart of budapest with access to metro, bus and tram right outside the door.
The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. We stayed in a superior room which comes with a huge balcony and provides a beautiful view of the adjacent streets and buildings. And the room itself was beautiful!
