Το προσωπικό ήταν άψογο και μας έκανε ιδιαίτερη εντύπωση ότι μας έδωσαν τα δωμάτια πριν από την καθορισμένη ώρα, ενώ περιμέναμε απλά να μας φυλάξουν κάπου τις αποσκευές. I can't recall staying in a better city centre hotel than this and all at a very reasonable price. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for them. We loved everything about the hotel.We upgraded our room and stayed in a wonderful junior suite on the fifth floor.It was quiet,clean,big and the bathroom had a walk in shower and a jacuzzi.Plenty of closet space and a great bed.The staff was polite and very helpful.They spoke excellent English.They booked restaurants,massages and ordered taxis.I would defenitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.We also liked its situation,district 8.we walked everywhere.Good job!!!

Location is good: subway station, tram station in front of the hotel. Currency exchange office at the corner. Location is good (close to subway and railway station as well as to the main attractions and sightseeing routs), staff is also not bad, but we've got wrong tip on how to get to the funicular and were advised to buy tickets for hop-on/hop-off bus, but with no mentioning of the fact that price in hotel is higher than regular (and it's really weird even for Budapest). The wonderful location on the Buda side of the Danube. Having room 91 on the top floor complete with balcony (there are only two rooms with balconies 91 and 93) to relax and watch the activity on the River particularly on the four hot summer evenings we were there ! Rooftop terrace was lovely to relax in after a day's sightseeing, and there was an honesty bar, so you could enjoy a beer or glass of wine and the rooftop view.
Sangria each evening in the hotel lobby for you to grab a glass on your way back up to your room.

The apartment was very nice, clean and quite and I loved the super-fast WiFi. The staff was also very nice and helpful. Location is perfect. Within walking distance of Buda (10 minutes) across a bridge, of the central Deak Ferenc Ter station (5 minutes) of the Ferenciek ter station which provides Bus/Metro access to Buda (3 minutes). Hotel is very clean and very well suited for travellers looking for comfort and some luxury on a budget. We didn't have breakfast/lunch/dinner at the hotel, so we cannot really judge on the quality of the food.

Sight-seeing recommendations spot-on! Airport transfer arrangements no problem!
As a solo traveller celebrating my birthday at the time of my stay I received a superb recommendation for a nearby restaurant for dinner & was looked after at the Bohem Art bar by being given a complimentary bottle of champagne!
Decor was stunning.

I spent the last two weeks of October 2013 at Corvin Lux apartments.
I am very pleased with everything. Both girls Szofia & Reka at the reception are very friendly and lovely, they helped me a lot for everything I needed not only about my room but they helped me with info about moving around using the metro/trams and buses in the best possible way for my desired destinations around Budapest.
