Pfefferbett is a really cool hostel that's been recently renovated.
It's modern and clean and has a range of excellent facilities.
Luggage storage is handy and the buffet breakfast for €6.50 is great
value and has good variety. Room with private bathroom was really nice

24h reception with really helpful staff.
Fairly big secure locker included in the price, each bed has a light and electricity socket, my room had a private bathroom too even if not specified in the booking, not sure if all rooms have it.

We lived in a very comfortable appartment (big, clean, fully equipped). It's not far from the city center (it takes 7 minutes to get to Alexander Platz on foot), there is wi-fi in the lobby, rather good breakfast, though there is not big variety you can eat a toast, some cereals and drink a cup of coffee. It takes 10 mins walk from Alexanderplatz. Not that far away with convenient locaiton. The staff are really nice!!! They answer my question in detailed and gave suggestion on my route. I am girl travelling alone and I stayed in a 8 person mixed dorm. I am so lucky to stay in a dorm with 6 girls and 1 boy. And I met a really nice girl there!

It was awesome to be in the hotel... Really nice atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, all services. I was in an individual room and after I moved in a shared room and both were good. The staff were really helpful and friendly. I really like the fact that
even sharing the room with other people we could have some privacy and
space, having beds with courtines and drawres were we can lock our
stuff. The communal areas were cleaned and the breakfast were good as
well. I certainly recomment it!

We stayed in an apartment - small kitchen, large bed sitting room, large shower room/toilet. The location is superb, 5 minutes from Ebeswalder and Prenzlauerallee statons, 4 minutes from the M1 and M10 trams. Loads of excellent bars, cafes and supermarkets within a few minutes walk.

Cheap price. When we wanted to extend our stay and the room wasn't
available they tried their best to find a room for us. We were 3 people
and we got one 2-persons bed and 3 sofas (the kind that opens for a bed)

I loved the interior of the rooms, but was especially fond of the decorating at the lounge areas and the cafe. The location is perfect since it is just a few steps away from the
closest metro station - actually transportation in Berlin can never be
a problem. The staff is really helpful about whatever you ask for.
Toilets and showers are usually clean. Dorm rooms are cleaned
frequently. This hostel also has its own cafe where you can dine or
have breakfast in the morning.

It's a very good, comfortable place to live! Entrance is bright, so you'll find an Alcatraz without any problems. Reception is working 24 hours and everybody are so kind! There are clean big rooms, one huge kitchen with everything needed, free wifi and so on.

I was placed in a room with three guys who didn't understand hostel etiquette and who came in at 2.30am talking and laughing as loudly as possible. After a couple of hours of putting up with this I went downstairs to ask the guy at reception if he could do anything about it. He very kindly transferred me to another room. I was so grateful to him, I don't know his name but he ensured the rest of my stay was a pleasant one. Thanks!!!

They allowed us to keep the suitcases in the hitel after the check-out (until 4pm). Glasses, cutlery available to use in a kitchenette. Music in the bathroom, hairdryer, soft toilet paper :) close to all metro and train lines, shoppingmall opposite, clean room -

The location is very good. It's close to many places one "should" visit in the city. The stuff was very nice too! It was a nice place to stay, most of the staff are helpful and willing
to help point you to find anything your after, well they try their best
will only what they know of the city, open 24hrs, in the two nights
there I never saw the saw staff, so they have a lot of worker and they
all speak some English plus I think most know a few more which is
helpful, a bottle of coke was €2, far less then the city, I would use
them again

The staff were very friendly, they helped us upon arrival. The Place were quite and as they don't have many rooms we didn't se so many other guests. We probably got the best room, right at the toilet and reception. The hostel were close to the metrostation -
