The apartment is VERY CLOSE to many top attractions in Berlin. We could even take a small refreshing break at the apartment in the middle of the day during our trip! The best of all, the care taker & proprietor... they r - Excellent location, we found the apartment easily, a representative of the owner was waiting for us there, gave us directions to a place to reach by public transportation were excellent, one-room apartment with a very large shower, a kitchen and a balcony overlooking the TV tower, a place recommended.

  The location was good. Very quiet, close to a underground / subway stop and close to free parking. The flat had good amenities - fast internet service, clean bathroom, good heating and hot water. The bed was comfortable, it had a huge balcony (which we didn't use) and there was a large, modern TV. - Very last minute booking due to air traffic ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » control strike, and all hotels full... everything worked perfectly, very clean appartment, nicely decorated, all worked well.

  Clean room, friendly staff, everything was functional and all with quite a reasonable price and like, in a good position too I guess (about 8 minutes to the central station Hauptbahnhof). They are what they promise to be. The shared bathrooms weren't a problem at all. No relevant problems where found. - Everything was clean, the staff are helpful... τι λέει ο κόσμος » and speak English, great price, very close to Berlin Hbf (central railway station). You must make and strip the bed yourself, but this is not a big hassle.
