  The hotel is very near to MarienPlatz and the food market. In front is the very nice and huge supermarket with German deliciousness. The room was a bit small, but high tech. Clean, neat, I was on the fourth floor overlooking the street. Super fast Internet. Also I had two bottles of bear and two bottles of water free in my room. Near the reception desk you can find water, fresh fruit an - The location of the hotel is excellent. Management cleared up a dispute over a broken light switch to our satisfaction. Front desk staff all very friendly and helpful.

  Staff was exceptionaly helpful and courteous. I would like to commend one yourng gentleman, Routiele, head of staff on the 2nd floor.   We were traveling by train so having the main train station 10 minute walk away from the hotel was convenient. Also 10 to 15 minute walk to city center. Staff very helpful. - Excellent value for the money. Excellent location.

  staff at the reception were so nice and helpful, check in and check out were fast and smooth. But in my check out bill there was an extra charge for breakfast for two (i never had a breakfast in the hotel ) so when i said it must be a mistake the guy from the reception apologized and remove it from my bill immediately. Bathrooms are small but well designed with rainshower heads and sleek fixtures. Location to prime areas (specifically the main train station and Marienplatz) are very good, but there are many hotels in the area that provide the same locale. Parking is 18 Euro per day but not always available. Food (breakfast especially) is ridiculously overpriced, but makes getting it an easy decision as there are so many breakfast options nearby at a very reasonable
