The staff - friendly and professional and courteous.
The modern amenities.
I left my phone in the room when I checked out. When I remembered later in the evening I called and the lady at the reception was kind enough to locate my phone through house keeping. My situation was handled so professionally that I was glad that I had chosen Jumerirah `

Jumeirah Frankfurt is a modern luxurious hotel located in the heart of Frankfurt shopping areas. Excellent room, very clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom with rain shower and bathtub with l'occitane toiletries. Very good breakfast with is served in the hotel restaurant but for an extra cost (in our cost).

Everything. The rooms were excellent, everything needed was available and the laundry in the room. Sauna and pool were great. Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.

The staff were very helpful and the facility was clean and we'll appointed. Breakfast was superb.
The location was the only issue -although technically in the city center it is somewhat isolated and there is little by way of shops or restaurants in the immediate area. Although on S-Bahn, the routes require changes to get anywhere interesting.

Very clean, beautifully decorated, to our pleasant surprise there was all sorts of good quality free goodies waiting for us as in our room (little bag of clarins cosmetics, chilled green tea and everything in d minibar was free)...not far from city centre and also quiet. Private parking at the back of the hotel was a convenience. All in all...we will go back!

Η θέση του ήταν πολύ καλή, το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό και τα δωμάτια είχαν αρκετές ανέσεις. - Hospitable and ready-to-help staff, cosy rooms, all at hand, excellent location, close to subway station, wonderful Japanese restaurant in the hotel, quick check-in and check out. - Whole stay was fantastic!

Location of the hotel, offered price, excellent service of the hotelstaff. I would recommend the hotel to our partners. - Executive Floor was excellent. All Day Executive Bar. Unlimited Drink. Room was very nice. Good View and Very Comfortable Bed.

The rooms are excellent - very comfortable and well-appointed. The location is excellent. I didn't want to leave. - The location is superb, just 5 min. walk to the downtown and Metro rail. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen facility is good. In breif the stay was very comfortable and we would come back

Amazing greeting when we checked in, was offered a drink, our bags where
taken to our room, staff extremely friendly. Decor was stunning, great
restuarant and bar, it has a gym and spa room but didn't explore
that. The hotel has everything with such an amazing vibe it's very
easy to not leave the hotel
