  They were very flexible in the fact that they let us cancel one of the rooms at very short notice. They were very helpful, it was clean and cheap.   Everything is good in these apparments. I travel a lot, and this is one of the places with the best value for price that i have stayed in. Kind staff, Optimal location, well comunicated, good surroundings for eating and drinking.   It was very well located, close to the U-bahn in Berlin and the U-bahn was only three stops away from Alexander Platz. The apartment was big and roomy, plenty of space for me and my friend. It had a bathtub and all the other necessities one could need of electrical ware.   The apartment (Heidelberger Str. 3) was excellent. With a tram stop just around the corner travelling around Berlin was really easy and convenient. The apartment itself was really spacious and comfortable, was well-equipped and had strong, uninterrupted wi-fi service. Finally, the agent (that sounds so DDR) who met us was great. One big reason to recommend this apartment is it - - Located on two major tram lines (serving multiple routes), less than 10mins from city centre. - Spacious. - Excellent wi-fi. - Very easy to collect the keys - simply sent an email before leaving the UK with an estimated arrival time, the lady confirmed by text on arrival in Germany and was there to meet us when we arrived (very friendly too). - The central heating system was very good and easy to adjust. - Excellent value for money!
